All I Ever Wanted, written by Katrina Mills, is the first book in the Summer Love Novels.
Kinsley Bailey is a school teacher, faced with having to return to her hometown of Staunton, Virginia, after hearing the news that her father has died. Kinsley is dreading returning home, especially since she has nothing but bad memories from when she lived there. She expects to make it a quick trip, but things don't go as planned once her Aunt Debbie has a talk with her.
Bastian Harris loves living in small town Staunton after years of being a soldier. He offers shooting courses to the locals, and leads a quiet life. Bastian gets plenty of offers from women that sign up for his shooting course, but he just doesn't have much interest in a relationship...until Kinsley returns to Staunton.
The author does an amazing job with telling this story. The main characters are realistic and believable, and their chemistry is undeniable. I love the witty banter between Kinsley and Bastian...definitely had me laughing throughout the book. I loved Aunt Debbie and her meddling ways. Overall, this is just a fun and interesting read that is filled with a lot of humor as well as heart! I would strongly recommend reading this book.
