This book was very well written. Interesting to learn about the different part of being an electrician at a child's level. Love the purple goat. My daughter at the end of the book "That book was AMAZING!".

Someone I babysit for is in the trades and so I thought this would be fun to sit down and flip through with their daughter. I was right! She recognized some of the things her dad has done/mentioned/used and so she was really excited to show him all she learned.

This is a wonderfully illustrated alphabet book focusing on things around what an electrician does. The text includes a new word to learn and a short rhyming phrase to state something about the concept. The illustrations are detailed and try to act out the word.

I think it's very cute. Absolutely a book intended for children who might be exposed to this profession, or just open to learning about trades in general.

I do think the language is a bit clunky at times. A parent reading this out loud to their kid would notice and trip over a bunch of the phrases. Overall, it's a good introduction to electricity, and highly educational regardless.
