Year 2267 – Moon Base Alpha.

Fifteen-year-old Phia Trondar is grieving the loss of her Gran, her only surviving relative, when she discovers a secret message from her father, Commander Nikko Trondar, who has been missing and presumed dead for the last five years.

Phia’s father is stranded in Magnustra, a sector of deep space, light years away, and in urgent need of assistance as he battles a strange 'alien' force. The message ends with one final instruction "…trust no one!"

Phia escapes Moon Base Alpha to the environmentally decimated Earth to seek answers about her father and the dangerous mix of biotechnology and artificial intelligence that has been unleashed in Magnustra.

But what really happened in Magnustra, and can Phia get there in time to save her father?
