So when Cash and his friends set out in search of a mythical island in Calitopia, they know their chances are slim. What they don’t know is someone is following them. Something. The Red Enforcer – half man, half machine, no mercy. Determined to stop them, and put an end to the Prophecy once and for all.

And as the relentless cyborg closes in, Cash is required to pit friendship against fate. But how can you choose between saving your friends or saving the future?

"Look here," the old man said, holding up the strange device: an old leather glove with a watch wired to it. "This is what I call the Feeler. It feels about in the sky, looking for a hole in the Shroud." The Shroud: a vast cloud of space junk surrounding the world with electromagnetic pulses, knocking out all electronics — phones, computers, internet. Decades later, after all the wars and plagues and floods, nobody was even sure if anyone else was still alive in America. Or anywhere else. But the old man was determined. "We get this Feeler working, find a hole in the Shroud, maybe we can get a message out." Now a revolution is rising, from an unlikely alliance of young surfers, soldiers, scientists and scoundrels... the outcasts of Generation Havoc.
