Rodolfo Malavoglia died many years ago.
What his brother brought back to life was something else.
For years, he has been kept sedated in his family’s crypt, trapped inside a monstrous existence with little hope of ever becoming the man he once was. Then the desperate grief of a woman he has never met reaches him—and wakes him.
Ginger Kahele has no idea what has begun watching her from the shadows. She only knows that something is following her into her dreams. Something with claws, intense eyes, and an insatiable hunger for her.
She should be terrified.
Instead, she finds herself craving him too.
As the line between dreams and reality begins to disappear, Rodolfo must fight to remain himself while Ginger is pulled deeper into his hunger, his past, and the dangerous secrets that have kept him hidden for years.
Some desires are dangerous enough to wake the dead.
What will happen when she finally gets what she’s been longing for?
