Description
It was a devastating dirty trickJoey Silvia just found out her boyfriend of two years is married. What. A. Dick. Joey knows her best chance to get over one guy is to get under another. Of course, heading home to her family's remote cabin in Oregon poses some challenges in the "available men" department until she discovers this cabin comes with its own hot handyman!
Holy crap, Chris Steffensen. When did her brother's best friend turn into a hard-bodied pile of blond-bearded hotness? He's the perfect Halloween treatand a surprisingly dirty rebound guy. For a couple of weeks, anyway. Except that Chris has other ideas like proving to Joey that this blast from the past is a whole lot more than a naughty Halloween hookup.

When I first saw the cover of Her Halloween Treat the first thing I thought Is I have to read this book ! and then I read the blurb! and It made me even more obsessed with this book so when I got the chance to read it early I was thrilled and I dived into this story as soon as I possibly could and I absolutely loved it Her Halloween Treat , it is an excellent start to the Men at work series.
In this book we follow Joey and Chris . In the beginning of this story its safe to say that Joey is not the happiest person right now because she finds out that her boyfriend is married so you really feel for her in the beginning of the story ,so when she goes home for her brothers wedding , she meets up with Chris her brother best friend ,she is looking for a rebound guy but in the process gets so much more . When I read the first scene between Joey and Chris all I could think was you two are so very cute together lol the romance between Joey and Chris was fantastic they way it evolved over this story from being a rebound relationship to seeing them giving into there feelings and falling in love was just wonderful to read. I enjoyed every sweet , sexy ( trust me there are some steaming hot sexy times in this book) moment between them and I was so happy to see them get an ending that was absolutely perfect for them .
My favorite season is Autumn so the fact that this book is set in Autumn in a remote cabin in Oregon just makes this book even better, It creates such beautiful images in your head of what the places in this story look like , there were time that I wish I could jump into this book and live in that cabin lol .
Her Halloween Treat was a sexy , sweet ,heartwarming , fun story . Between the steaming hot romance , the cast of characters and the stunning setting Tiffany Reisz has created a fantastic story with Her Halloween Treat and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for the rest of the Men at work series .

Wow, did I like this book. The banter between the characters was funny, the sex was really sexy, and the romance seemed really genuine. The characters were likeable and relateable and the setting sounded beautiful. I would absolutely read more by this author.

Funny, cute, fast paced and sexy.I loved this story it was exactly what I was need it!!!Tiffany Reisz knows exactly how to make a short story perfect!!!

HER HALLOWEEN TREAT kicks off Reisz’ new Men at Work series. This book is part of the Blaze line, which I think is interesting because I thought Reisz was trying to step away from Erotic Romance for a while. However, with this book she proves that she is made for writing the hotter, more sinful stories.
His book features Joey Silva who has just learned that the man has been dating for two years is actually married. Yup, say it with me what a douche! So she’s returned home to recuperate and try to get over Ben.
There she encounters an old high school friend named Chris and well, Chris has grown up to become quite the stud. He becomes the rebound but it’s quick to see that there’s more to these two than just lust and trying to take the edge off. As much as they try to keep things casual, their emotions run deep.
I really enjoyed this book. Reisz excels are witty banter and this book is rife with it. And when I mean rife, I mean it’s JAM PACKED with crazy back and forth. This is a great thing, and something that I think sets Reisz’s books apart from the crowd, but I also think it can be this book’s greatest flaw as well. She does sexy banter well, but I do think that too much banter during the sex scenes can also ruin the pacing. All of the scenes in this book deliver on the hotness but when the characters are talking about what sex position they are going to try this time, it kind of takes you out of the scene sometimes. What’s wrong with just doing it? Do they have to map out every little thing? Dirty talk is one thing, but sometimes I did feel like I was reading about a couple reading out a kama sutra or something. Let’s skip the instructions and just do it!
All that being said, this book really is amazing. I loved Chris. I loved Joey. I loved Kira. I loved Dillion. I really do think Erotic Romance is Tiffany Reisz’s thing. She just needs to write more stories like this.

If I would compare this story with Tiffany Reisz’ other books, I could say that whereas the Original Sinners-Series and The Bourbon Thief were like waves high as a mountain during a storm on the open sea, Her Halloween Treat was like a calm little pond on a sunny day. Don’t get me wrong, it was sweet, sexy, funny, slightly angsty, sexy, solid and did I already mention sexy? Maybe I’m just not used to feeling so not mind-fucked after reading one of her stories but whatever it was, this book was perfect inbetween other books to get my mind on straight again. The length was perfect for this sort of read, not too long but that didn’t impact the story itself, it was very well balanced and developed from start to ending. Sure, there was a severe case of insta-love in Her Halloween Treat but you know what? Tiffany Reisz made it work perfectly.
I rate Her Halloween Treat with 5 stars and can recommend it to everyone. Tiffany Reisz’ writing is amazing, her characters adorable and her plots really great. This book is actually on the short side but amazing none the less.
