A unique take on angels and demons.

Luc is not at all what I thought he would be yet I will admit I absolutely LOVED his character.
The story was a wonderful paranormal romance between Luc and Katia yet I found it to be much more.
I was entertained, enjoyed the dark aspect along with the steamy parts. Since I had an advanced readers copy it could use some editing but bypassing that the book is sure to draw in the reader and have you coming back for more. Absolutely enjoyable!

It's been a while since I read a fallen angels novel and now I remember why I loved them so much!

This is my first book from this author and I've added her to my favourite author's list.

This is also the first time I had the opportunity of reading about Lucifer as a good guy kind of character and I have to say it was unexpected and refreshing!
I never thought I could fall in love with the prince of hell but I did, he was amazing, all tortured soul and great heart within.

I think he might be the first actual bad boy in its truest form; no one has a more tortured soul than the angel who caused the falling, and his suffering is what in the end saved him.

We always imagined him as someone with a dark soul, who has no chance of being saved or redeemed for his past sins; but in this book we get to experience his suffering and a spark of hope that just needs some help to gain strength and fight the darkness that surrounds it.

The characters were really well defined and detailed, you just have to love the team of fallen angels, the way she describes them, I think someone might die if they shared a room with them, just perfection.

The story takes us on a different path than what we are used to, and we get to see them all team up to save the girl. She is someone who never felt liked she belonged and oddly enough feels like she is coming home in this group of misfits.

The darkness, the light and the ones that are just in the middle of those, team up to save the world as we know it, and they have a fun and thrilling way of telling us the story.

It was an amazing read, I empathised with the characters, you could truly feel their pain and the way the darkness had replaced the things that used to be light within them. She is slowly saving them all, but mostly Luc, who thought he would forever be lost, found a way to be selfless and overcome his biggest fault to finally be redeemed.

Love can change everything, even the darkest soul can shine again when they find a reason for it.

I can't wait to read the rest of their stories.

This is the first book I have read by Amanda Jones and it was a very enjoyable experience.
A brief description of this story, we have Luc aka lucifer the ultimate fallen angel. Luc is at the point in his very long existence where he feels his life has no meaning, he has so many regrets and his self-loathing is at massive heights. Luc feels responsible for all his fallen comrades taking his guilt to new levels.
Enter Katia a famous musician, since losing her adoptive family she feels disconnected to everything and everyone around her but has no idea why this is.
Katia and Luc's life paths are thrown together by Satan, what follows is a story of redemption and acceptance between two individuals, who without realising it have found something they have been searching for a soul mate.
This story was an easy read that pulled you in from the start, Katia and Luc were very likeable and the supporting cast of jinn, witch and angels, both light and dark were superbly fleshed out.
The world building was excellent and the story flowed nicely.
A warm fuzzy hug, ready to fill a lazy Sunday afternoon curled up in a chair, is what the Fallen chronicles was.

Well - what can I say, this was fantastic. I was drawn straight into the story and couldn't but it down. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. I hope all of the fallen get their HEA and their wings back. The poor brother got a bum deal as well so I hope something good happens for him in the end as well. I want more and I want it NOW :)
