Approval Preferences
Collective Ink is dedicated to connecting our authors with an engaged community of readers. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we utilise the following criteria to prioritise approvals and ensure our digital review copies are reaching the most active and relevant audiences.
Reviewers and Bloggers
We prioritize reviewers who maintain a feedback ratio of 80% or higher and provide active links to their primary platforms, such as a blog, Bookstagram, BookTok, or YouTube channel. Your profile should clearly display current engagement stats, including monthly reach or follower counts. We look for a consistent history of thoughtful, honest reviews and we welcome links to your retail reviews on sites like Amazon or Goodreads.
Librarians and Booksellers
Please include the name and location of your library or bookstore in your profile. To expedite your request, ensure your professional association memberships—such as the ALA, ABA, or CIBA—are validated so that the corresponding badge is visible. We are particularly interested in hearing if you plan to feature a title for a book club, local event, or as a "Staff Pick" recommendation.
Educators
To be considered, please provide the name of your institution and the specific grade level or subject you teach. We appreciate a brief note regarding how you intend to use the title, whether for classroom curriculum, school library acquisitions, or professional development.
By submitting a review, you grant Collective Ink permission to use your comments for promotional purposes with proper credit. While we cannot approve every request, we appreciate your interest and encourage you to request future titles that align with your interests.
