If you are a reviewer/blogger, please provide: • A link to your dedicated blog, including the number of followers with page views; • Your email address, so we can follow-up; • A link to your blog with reviews or the sites where you have posted reviews; • Your online reach, including Twitter and Facebook pages. (Please include the URL of your blog in the company field of your public profile.) If you are a bookseller, please send the name and address of your bookstore. If you are a media professional, the name and address of the company you work for. If your request is approved, you must send us your review with information on where the review is posted, including the date of publication and a link to the review.
