Fill in the affiliation in the "Company" field (company, publication, bookstore, library, blog, school, etc.)
If you are a bookseller:
-Include name, postal and email address of the bookstore where you work
If you are a media professional or reviewer:
-Include the name and address and/or a link to the company/media outlet where you work and your email address should we wish to contact you
If you are a freelance reviewer for publications:
-Include the name of the media outlets you write for and your email address so we can contact you
If you are a blogger or online reviewer:
-Include a direct link to your book review blog and/or other media outlets where your reviews have appeared, your email address, show evidence of timely reviews and have an active book review blog, and include Twitter handle and/or Facebook page.
If you are a librarian or educator:
-Include the name, postal and email address of the library/school where you work, your professional affiliations (ALA, YALSA, CLA, ALIA, CILIP, etc.), links to any review sites or author events that you facilitate and specify if you manage purchasing, events, or reviews.
If you are a foreign publisher making a request for rights consideration:
-Include your postal and email address
If your request is approved, please:
-Send us your review via NetGalley and include the name of the publication/blog/outlet where your review will be published/posted, a link (for blog/online reviews), and the date when the review will be posted/published.
-Reach out to us within NetGalley if you are interested in bonus content (interviews, excerpts, photos, and more) to include in your article or post.
-Let us know if for any reason you are unable to post your review and why.

-Already receive our print galleys and like to receive digital copies
-Have above reach to readers (e.g. booksellers, librarians with purchasing power or responsible for reading selections, reviewers tied to professional media outlets)
