This series centers around 3 lives that have been shattered by a human trafficking facility called Cellar Institute. Tylar Daislea, a young woman raised at the mercy of the Institute. Corbin Manning, a reluctant heir born into a legacy of cruelty, sexism, and violence. And Chase Tiburon, Corbin's loyal bodyguard with ties of his own to the Institute. All are trapped in an underground world none of them wanted to be a part of. There are no heroes here. Only survivors. As Subject BGD, I began my journey inside the Shattered Lives universe in 2001, and wrote the entire series as a continuous story that has been split into a 5-book series. On Fractured Ground (book 1) is available now, and Fragmented Past (book 2) will be available around October of 2022.
