I am obsessed with this book. I am 24 and I have anxiety, I am always looking for ways to destress and help relax. The pages in this book are beautifully illustrated and easy to follow. I love the advice given and think that any teenager or young adult must read this. It can help a lot of people.

What a great book! I really loved it and enjoyed it. It is well written, in a form everyone can relate and understand. Now I want to buy the actual book and have a copy for myself to pick up at any time. It helped me get a better understanding on how we should clean our body, both mentally and fiscally and how to improve our overall health.

I liked how it gave simple and easy to make recipes along with their nutrition information. It was really interesting how this book gave really good and easy recipes starting from breakfast to afternoon snacks. Many people like me are always on the go and never have time to cook.

The section that stood out to me the most was the workout routine and having good posture! Those pictures in the book helped BIG time! (Im a visual learner). Honestly, I have done the meditation part over and over since I received this ARC.

I cannot stop saying how much I loved this book and really appreciate it. I has changed me and how I see life in a positive way! “Never give up on your dreams.”

Thank you NetGalley, I received this ARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

very helpful <3 i loved the colourful pages. Easy meditation tips are offered as are yoga poses. I loved that the book shows the yoga poses; it’s so much easier to understand when you can see the exact position. The meditation was my favourite part <3

This is a fresh, positive approach to mindfulness that is sure to appeal to teen girls. The layout is attractive and combines playful fonts, a mixture of visual images including doodles, line drawings and photographs to effectively communicate both the tone and information. Topics are explored in sufficient depth to make this more than a casual suggestion of obvious advice. Yoga poses are demonstrated though photographs and include step by step instructions and explanations. A balanced approach with just enough whimsy and technical information to ensure that reader's will enjoy spending time exploring its contents.

This is a very resourceful book! Perfect for anyone needing motivation, a way to de stress and decompress or just wants to try something new. It has some really simple recipes in it as well as interesting and helpful facts regarding yoga. Lastly it gives different ideas on how to improve confidence and new things to try.

This book is so lovely and was so helpful to read! It has very useful tips that I know for a fact work, and some that I'm trying out myself! I personally have dealt with anxiety for the past couple years so I can vouch for all of these tips working!

I love the illustrations, graphics, and photos. Because the book is full of beautiful graphics and designs, I think it will help girls/boys feel okay with having anxiety and being stressed out, which is really important for young adults to understand these days. Anxiety and stress is unfortunately part of life, because without anxiety our lives would have no order, and our lives would be even crazier.

I give this book 5 stars because I KNOW that if you are having difficulty dealing with your day-to-day anxiety, this WILL help you. And never, ever give up.

Project You: More than 50 ways to Calm Down, De-Stress and Feel Great by Aubre Andrus is a self help book that gives you step by step instructions for individual problems or events. This book will teach you how to mediate and teach you breathing exercises that show you how to center your thoughts bringing you back to the present. You learn about mindfulness or being in the present moment without judgement, this helps to lessen stress, depression and anxiety. Andrus helps you learn how to not only hear what people are saying but truly listening to what is being said. The book has yoga poses that you learn how to do correctly. These poses help to loosen your mind, body and soul to release all the tension and negativity held deep inside. This is one of the best self help books I have found.

This was a quick fun read. The cover and description drew me in and the subject matter was something that interested me.

This book is aimed at a younger audience but it was still enjoyable. I found that the illustrations and overall design of the book we're really beautiful. There was a good amount of advice and tips that could be useful to a teen dealing with stress, but there is one thing that i would change. At the end of the book there is a "Help" section, stating that these tips are not aimed at people suffering with anxiety and depression and what you should do if you are in such a situation. I believe that this disclaimer/ help page should also be added to the beginning of the book

Overall I think that this is a great self help book for teens suffering from regular amounts of adolescent stress. It's also a good way for teens to begin to live a healthier life by making small lifestyle changes i.e.: meditation, exercise etc.
