I was blessed enough to be approved by the publisher via Netgally to receive a free E-Arc of the book in exchange for my honest review of the book which is as follows:

I was confused by the time jumps in the beginning of the book(Although as the book progressed I saw their necessity from a story telling point of view) because of that I didn't really get into the storyline until around page 50. "Sydney" and "Windy" were my favorite characters in this book I enjoyed that they were both strong well developed female characters.

The murder mystery part of the book kept me turning pages to know what happened next, I didn't guess the "bad guy" or the plot twist at the end right at all. I look forward to seeing where the series goes from here Overall I personally rate this book a 7 out of 10.

After a lot of searching, I found that Hush Money is going to be a series. The ending left me so upset. The book was great, but I usually don't do series with Netgalley. Anyways, overall great book. Fun and full of surprises.

The book had a good store line but at times it was difficult to follow along. I felt some things were not needed and it was to much information.

T.E. Woods' first installment of a new series is full of suspense. The mystery in HUSH MONEY is complex and kept this reader guessing until the villain was revealed. The plot is well paced, with interesting twists and turns. The characters are round, well developed multi dimensional that propels the story line forward. The climax is enthralling, but the reveal is a bit rushed and forced - it doesn't ring true. The denouement is satisfying, but leaves threads (subplots) unresolved, which begs for a sequel! The author has created characters whom readers will be invested, and craving for more! I will definitely look forward to the next installment!
