Great look at some fantastic titles for the fall/winter season!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for providing me with a digital ARC of so many upcoming YA books. There are some truly wonderful and imaginative books coming out. This compilation was full of magic and exciting drama. I am most excited for “Warcross” by Marie Lu. So many patrons love Marie Lu’s previous work and I know they are going to love her newest story. Thank you for creating these compilations! They get me excited for each season and every new compilation.
This is a fantastic read for anyone looking for some new releases to sink their teeth into. Great samples of upcoming releases, and I already want to pick them up (even though some aren't out yet).
An excellent way to find your next read, and learn about some less-hyped releases at the same time.
I love these Buzz Books samplers, There are always several books that I end up adding to my wishlist after going thru the various selections. Keep them coming!
Great look at what's ahead. Particularly keen on Girls Made of Snow and Glass, but also a few others in there!
While I love reading each Buzz Book edition, and find it to be a wonderful resource, I found this one lacking the same quality as the previous editions. Of the excerpts included, the one's that stood out to me were: The Gatekeepers by Jen Lancaster, Watercross by Marie Lu and All Things New by Lauren Miller.
A good mix of upcoming YA fiction. This contained some well-known authors, as well as some newbies to the genre. While some of the books were definitely not to my liking, a few seem really interesting. I look forward to reading some of them in their entirety.
I love these samplers! All Rights Reserved looks like such an interesting concept, can't wait to read it!
There are SO many good books in this one to keep an eye out for, but the best surely must be the feminist retelling of Snow White - hells to the yes! Thank you, Publishers Lunch.
I just love Buzz Books! It's such a great way to learn more about upcoming titles, and to figure out which ones I'd be interested in pre-ordering.
I am SUPER excited about Beasts Made of Night and All Rights Reserved - both have such amazing, unique concepts! I'm also very excited for Warcross and intrigued about Everless. Glad I had the opportunity to read these excerpts!
I used this as a book spotlight on my blog. A great resource to have on hand to find your next upcoming read
So, so, so many great things coming up! Don't miss these titles!
I look forward to this book every year. It's a fantastic introduction to authors I've not read before. Highly recommended.
BuzzBooks Publisher Launch is quickly becoming something I look forward to each month and season. They compile excerpts from wonderful soon to be published books for review all in a single location. It is always exciting and fun to discover upcoming offerings from favorite authors and learn about new talent emerging. My wish list grows with each edition! I'm especially excited about Girls Made of Snow and Glass by Melissa Bashardoust.
A really good idea to advertise up and coming books. I found quite a few on there that I have now requested. Fingers crossed I get them. Unfortunately some of them are US only so UK citizens like myself are likely to get them but I will still add those to my shopping list for when they are released.
This is perfect! A little too many contemporary books, true, but it is summer and during summer contemps are wonderful. Very interesting choices. So glad Warcross was featured. I discovered many new titles.
Check out some new Young Adult titles that are forthcoming this Fall and Winter ... you can get a downloadable list of new books and also excerpts from writers like Kwame Alexander and Marie Lu at this link:

That page will also take you to previous Book Buzz editions so you may find some inspiration for your summer reading, too.
So beneficial to anyone who is in a position of pre-reading or purchasing books. It gives you just a glimpse of the book so you can decide if it is something you need to read or if you have enough to recommend to others.
Love to read snippets like this. It helps in planning what the media center where I work can and should order.
