I found this book really helpful as someone who is in the middle of inheriting a business (with no experience at all), I went in hoping this book would give a bit of guidance and boy did it. I now feel I can cut through the bullshit and lead as I need to. I also think since this reads quick you should read at least twice to soak it all in. I read it through twice and went back and made notes. This is a must read!
