Seth and his brother worked in reality as did his brother and his father had at Hamilton Reality. Three months ago Alley’s mom had passed away. Seth said he had some papers for Ally to sign. Her mom had finally given into the cancer. Ally’s mom had always been fragile but the last five years had almost killed Ally too. In the end all Ally wanted her her mother was peace. It had been a long time since Ally could think of what of what she wanted. Like college in NYC. Ally had to sell her mom’s house as she didn’t make the money to keep it go. Seth and his brother were working hard to keep Cresent Cove from turning into the Hamptons part two. Then while at the Rusty Spoon sitting across from Ally Seth asked Ally to have his baby. Seth already had a daughter -Laurie who was almost four and Ally loved. Ally’s love of children and Laurie in particular weighed in heavily with Seth.s choice to ask her to have his baby. Marg- Laurie’s mom had only cared about the money and Seth paid her off and she left Laurie to Seth to raise and have. Seth said he would spell it out, he wanted another child not relationship possibly with a woman who could harm said child. In return for Ally would pay for four years in college of her source. Also if Ally chose she could go to grad school and Seth would also pay for that. Seth said Ally was the only woman he trusted. Seth said it was Ally or noone. Seth didn’t know he had ruined Ally for any other man. For years Ally had seen women come and go in Seth’s life. A knowledge lived in their eyes when they touched Seth. Ally wanted that knowledge and at twenty eight she was still a virgin. Seth kissed Ally and she felt like she was out of his league - his galaxy even.
I absolutely adored this romance it has become one of my new favorites. I loved the plot and pace. There was just enough of everything in this book. I loved how Seth and Ally had been best friends for a long time. I loved how Ally’s relationship with Laurie and how Ally loved her and had helped Seth with her whenever asked all Laurie’s life. I thought Laurie was a perfect character in this book and I loved her. I didn’t want to put this down so no problem with keeping my attention. I loved Ally’s and Seth’s relationship all through the book. It was so sweet when Oliver found Ally at their camp and let ally know how much Seth loved her. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t love about this book. I loved the characters in this book and all the ins and outs and I highly recommend.

If you love a friend to lovers, single dad romance this book is for you. It's a quick steamy read. The overall character development is ok. I especially thought Seth's daughter was adorable.

I have read this author before and I really enjoy her books. But they are known for being HOT!! So when I saw this title I thought it would be hot too but not big on plot. I was 100% wrong. This book is hot but it had such a really wonderful story too. In fact sex doesn't happen for quite awhile while the author really builds this story.

The main plot is that Ally never went to college, she has been taking care of her sick mom for years and now her mom has died and she finally is free to go to college if she can find the money. Seth has been Ally's bestie since high school, he is rich, hot and already a single dad.

He is also a twin and he knows how wonderful it is to have a sibling. His daughter has started to ask for a sister and well the only woman he trusts enough is Ally so he comes to her with the offer of money for college if she has his baby.

Well I am not spoiling anything else. But well I loved both Seth and Ally. It is a great story about finding love in the person who was always right infront of you. SIGH

I beyond LOVED this story and I fel hard for every character in this story.

Very hot and sexy book, but the story felt incomplete. I got tired of Ally running away all the time. And it felt very insta-lovey.

Okay, if I read a book like this, I expect there to be some foreseeability and not necessarily some competition to Jane Austen's books so if this kind of book is what you are looking for, it is definitely the right one. It is well written and I got more than I had expected. I got a book that kept me glued to my reader and that made me feel with the hero and the heroine when they try to find out what they really want and meet with some bumps on the road on their way there.
I really liked the hero and the heroine even if it took them a (very) long time to realize how much they really care for each other. Ally is sweet and you just want her to finally find a family of her own. Seth, well, we'd better NOT talk about his family because his father is horrible and his twin...I might end up liking him. One day. I'm not there, yet, but he might have some redeeming qualities. I'm still trying to find them but...anyway. Seth and Ally are very sweet together and their love for Seth's daughter Laurie is simply touching. Lauries is so cute and sweet, you can see her and you simply get why all of them fall for her. Of course, it is a bit drastic to plan on having a baby because your child wants a brother or a sister but perhaps...well, perhaps there is more to it than that...

I really enjoyed reading this book and will definitely read it and other books by this author again.

I could not put this book down yesterday once I started it! It was such a great read! Seth was such an alpha male, but with a soft heart when it came to his daughter and his best friend, Ally. When he asks an almost impossible favor from Ally, they both start to realize that there were always more feelings there than they let loose. But will family and money differences prove to be their downfall?

From reading the synopsis of the book, I was excited to read this story. I was not too fond of the hero and the way he went about with his plan at first. I felt if he was best friends with her for years, he should know her enough to know that the option he gives is not the option she would really take. He was being a little selfish. He should have given her the better option right away and not just a business deal. The sex scenes were hot in this book though. I could feel the connection these two characters had. I could feel the love they had for one another. In this book, friendship lines are crossed and a new relationship ensues. They both have some stumbles, but eventually get it right and get a HEA. This was a cute read.

I enjoyed this friend to lovers romance. Ally and Seth were absolutely great and I loved how much chemistry they had together. Seths Daughter was super adorable! I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Ok, this was pretty comical. Only a guy can fumble up asking his best friend to let him knock her up by contract. It took almost half the book for Seth to realize how badly his proposal sounded, but it didn't change the fact that he still wanted a baby with Ally. He wants his daughter to have siblings and he can't think of any woman better for providing said siblings. It also opened his eyes to his true feelings for her and unlocked his libido. If she wasn't so skittish and running away all the time, he might actually convince her this was a good idea. Despite their years of being friends only, once Seth started looking at Ally like a woman, his attention to her was pretty hot. Little 4 year old Laurie was adorable and to see Seth be such a good dad to her was even hotter. This was a funny story that turned super cute at the end. This was my first read from this author and I was completely entertained. I will be checking out more books from her. ARC provided by NetGalley.

I got this book from NetGalley for an honest review. That wasn't hard. I loved this book. What didn't it have - clueless guy, sweet little girl, bff that will turn into a love forever. Seth wanted another kid (he says for his little girl) but as a divorced dad, does he really. He tries talk his best friend Ally into having one for him by offering money, but goes about it all wrong. They have always had feelings for each other, but were afraid to show them to each other. I really liked Seth's twin brother (Oliver) even if he started out a little cold. He explains why later to Ally. I hope the next book is for him. (I think he should be with Sage) There is explosive chemistry there.
All I can say is this book is terrific. It's sweet, sexy, and a HEA. Buy it!!

This was a fun and engaging story to follow a changing relationship between friends as they realize what they have is more than platonic. It was a quick read that hit all the right romance buttons for this reader.

Wow just wow what a book!! I had forgotten how amazing this author is and what she delivers in all her books. But I won't be doing that again I can tell you. I don't know why I've not read anything by her in a while but that is so going to be changing straight away. I just loved everything about this book and I'm really looking forward to more by this author, go get your copy you won't be sorry I can tell you.

This is a blend of three different romance genres. We have the friends to lovers, the sex contract, and the millionaire hunk/pauper woman romances all mixing together. If you’re a fan of any of those genres, you’ll probably enjoy this novel.

THe premise is that Seth and Ally have been best friends since high school. It’s now ten years later. Seth had a broken condom baby and married the mother. The result was an adorable daughter for whom he’d do anything while the mother was paid off and is, apparently quite happily, out of the picture. Ally has spent the time taking care of her mother while she was dying of cancer and so had to give up on her dreams of college. Now she’s burdened with debts and working in a diner in their small town on banks of one of New York’s Finger Lakes.

Seth comes up with the idea that he and Ally should have a baby since his daughter, Laurie, wants a sibling. He could then pay for Ally to go to college. To buy this idea, you have to believe that these two people could be best friends for so long and he never before noticed that his friend is a hot woman. Although she comes at the drop of a hat to help him with his daughter who adores her, he seems to think that she is the type of woman to have a baby and abandon the child to go to college. Ally has been secretly in love with him all of this time, but the patronizing cluelessness of this guy, no matter how good looking he is, would really tick me off. She seems to forgive him quite readily after they have a couple of hot times together.

I guess the author wanted something different than a contract marriage proposal and decided to go with the contract baby-making proposal. I just found that rather off-putting. Eventually Seth sees the light, but it does take him a while.

However, he makes up for all that by being a sweetheart of a father. Laurie is very cute but I would predict problems ahead given the way that she is bribed with ice cream and toys to get her to do what he needs her to do.

Cute friends to lovers romance. Low angst, likeable characters (mostly, although her tendency to run was annoying), in a small town setting with an adorable daughter for a single dad. For me this book was sweet, but needed a little more oomph.

Well, this was a total surprise! Based on this cover (and yes, the title :-) ) You would expect some cheesy, erotic OTT story. But this is actually a very nice romance with great characters. The only reason I deducted a star was because I thought it was rather short and had wished for just a little bit more.

Ally and Seth have been friends for quite some time, for over 10 years. Best friends actually. But Ally has been in love with Seth as well, although he does not know. Five years ago he knocked up his girlfriend and married her, but he was divorced soon after and is now raising his adorable little girl. And Ally is helping him - a lot. When Ally is making plans for her life after her mother dies, Seth has a shocking proposal. He wants her to have his baby! His daughter wants a sibling and he can only think of Ally as the mother, because he trusts her. Another shocker: he reveals he wants to have the baby the natural way!

Yes yes, at first I was annoyed and irritated because well... how can Seth expect his best friend to just have his baby and give the child to him? Helloooooo.... insensitive...
But as I read on I appreciated that all the issues I had were faced and dealt with so I could close the book with a satisfied sigh.

Now I am curious as to the next, because Ally has a great BFF in Sage and Seth has an interesting twin brother. But hey, the series title is Dirty DILF's, and I have seen not other dads around....
I will surely read the next!

this was the first book by Taryn Quinn that I have read. I really enjoyed this funny, romantic story. I look forward to reading more books in the future.

I am so in love with this book. This was the first book I have ever read by Taryn Quinn and I will definitely be going back for more. The chemistry and development of the characters were great, making you feel like you knew them personally and were just as involved as they were. Great read!
