While I do not doubt a bit that God gives us gifts solely for us to use for His glory, some of the things depicted in this book are not quite biblical. However, Blake makes sure on every page that the reader understands this is all for God's glory. He takes no accolades for himself. That's good.

I also know for a fact that angels and demons are all around us. I also know that the way Blade sees some demons working in this physical world are testified to from others (not me personally, because I've only seen one demon/Satan in a vision).

However, if you really want to see how angels and demons work, this is the book for you not for any other reason but that Blake gives God all the glory. That is the mark of a true believer.

I really enjoyed this book. As a Christian, I have always believed angels and demons exist, I always knew there was a spiritual world that we couldn't see. The Veil brings this hidden world into view and gives us a glimpse of what is very much alive and active even though we don't see it,

As a society, we place a tremendous amount of value on those with a clear view through the veil. Some hide their fascination, lest we be ridiculed and name called. Sighing...some critics never grow up.

What Healy sees is something that we all can see, if we desire. In The Veil, he tells us what he sees, how he sees it and how we can foster such vision. As an empath of a few years, we still do not have a clear vision, most of the time. Hence, the fascination.

If this resonates with you, you might want to check this out for yourself. The Veil is an easy and a wildly interesting read. It draws you in for a read. Then, releases you when it's time for a bathroom run.

If there's a best part of The Veil, it's the perspective. We will not ruin that for you. But, it's solid.

This is a fascinating book. The author recounts his experiences of seeing 'beyond the veil'; seeing in the spirit a world that most of us never see. He certainly writes in a believable and convincing manner, although non-believers will, I suspect, have a hard time getting their heads around the stories that he recounts. I reread it twice though, so certainly a great read!

Blake Healy can see physically into the realm of the spirit world. His started seeing angels when he was two years old in the form of baseball sized lights bouncing along with the worship music in the car. He has also seen a pale demon with sharp teeth and a long pointed head during a parental argument. At the age of five he saw
people in a Moscow church tremble, weep, stand with their arms raised, dance, and receive healings in God’s Presence. He also saw colorful lights streaking along the ceiling and beautiful women who wore robes of paint and light ran across the tops of the chairs with fifty foot banners. But he also saw people crying out and writhing on the floor, shouting in unnatural tones, and men with scales on their necks and their eyes were as red as blood! His parents were not Pentecostal, and they would not have understood what he was seeing if he had the courage to tell them!
Blake discusses the differences between the body, soul and spirit, and he tries to describe what he is able to see in the spirit realm.
He also tells many more instances of angelic and demonic sightings and experiences, and he tells how hard it was for him to tell people what he saw around them, especially if it was negative and hard to believe, such as demonic interference in that person’s life.
You will need to read this book for yourself to learn about Blake’s experiences and how God has used him in his gift.
