A good handbook of leading business practices. Concise explanations for current knowledge on leadership, customer, products, people, marketing, processes and financing. are provided with many well-known examples. However, innovation is not dealt in great detail, which is one of the drawbacks of this book. For example how "listen to customers" play with innovation, is only fleetingly explained.
