Absolutely loved this cookbook!! I can’t wait to see what else this author has up her chefs coat when it comes to her next cookbook!

Two words: Rhubarb Crisp! Hurrah! (Okay, that's three words.) This cookbook stands out for its suggestions on getting kids involved in the kitchen, and, of course, for its recipes. (If the recipes weren't delicious, there would be no point.)

I had no idea who Siri Daly was when I requested this book, but apparently she's married to Carson Daly. Who knew? Her cookbook is gorgeous, bright, and fun with recipes mostly catered to families. I can see many mothers young and old flocking to this cookbook, as the recipes are accessible, modern, and practical. With things like hash brown cups, buddha bowls, avocado toast, and green smoothies, they read a lot like your best friend's Pinterest board, which is both good and bad in my book. I was hoping for some more creative and more gourmet recipes, but these were similar to many I could find on your typical food blog. However, that same complaint may be seen as a positive, as her recipes clearly have broad appeal.

My complaints aside, she's put together a winning collection of recipes here. While it's not groundbreaking, she clearly has cooking chops and her writing is fun and relatable. I'd recommend this book to some friends, even if I wouldn't keep it for myself. A big thanks to Time Inc Books and Oxmoor House for the ARC!

From the creative way to spell the title to all the wonderfully delicious recipes, this is a kitchen cooking inspiration. I found it jovial for her to mention and include “not so healthy” recipes along with the nutritious ones. So there is bound to be something in there for everyone you’re cooking for including your own personal preference. This is what I, and it sounds like many others, have found. These recipes are simple, easy to follow, and able to accomplish a great finish.

I received a digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Siriously Delicious: 100 Nutritious (and Not So Nutritious) Simple Recipes for the Real Home Cook is such a cute little cookbook!!

I have a newfound love for baking and Siri Daly did not disappoint with her fantastic sweet treats. Of course there is more to the cookbook than that, she breaks it down into six categories, Wakey Wakey! (breakfast), Halftime (lunch), It's Five O'Clock Somewhere (mixed drinks), Time for Dinner (dinner), Sidekicks (side dishes), and Sweet Treats (my fav).

What amazed me is most of these things are super simple to make!
She also includes helpful cooking tips like what to add if your caramel sauce is too stiff and alternatives if you're missing things.

I would highly recommend this cookbook!

Here's a few recipes I am looking forward to trying!!

Browned Butter Caramelized Banana Bread
BBQ Chicken Nacho Bites
Quick Chicken Masala
Sneaky One-Pot Mexican Pasta
Chocolate Chip- Peanut Butter- Banana Cookies
Homemade Samoas
Homemade Tagalongs
Lemon Bars

I'll update once I try all of them out and let you know how delicious they are!

Huge thanks to NetGalley for providing me an e-copy of Siriously Delicious, in stores now!!

I downloaded this book to read, but it didn’t download. When I returned to netgalley, it was not available anymore for download so I didn’t actually get the chance to read it.

Great food photography, simple recipes, and yummy food. I loved the personal twist on this that made you feel like you were a part of her family experience and not just looking in from the outside.

Beautiful cookbook with lots of colorful photos, cute side stories, and terrific recipes, most healthy and family friendly. There is even a chapter called “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere”devoted to cocktails and simple appetizers...everything looks so delicious!
A wonderful addition for the Library collection or for anyone who likes to cook!

I thought this was a fun cookbook I liked the short little stories that were are the start of each chapter. I liked having the pictures to go with the recipes, I always like seeing what it should look like. I do wish that it had the calorie count with it so if you are trying to be healthier you know what ones are better for you. I am definitely going to try out some of these recipes especially the Has Brown Egg Cups!

Lots of great recipes in this book! I can’t wait to try them. I found myself bookmarking so many recipes from each section. They are beautiful and look delicious but not hard to prepare.

A delicious delight! I've been reading more and more recipe books lately. Always looking for that next unique yet comforting meal to try out in my own kitchen. Some recipe books have a few good recipes, and others simply knock you off your feet! I can honestly say that I want to make ( or at least eat ) a minimum of 85% of the recipes in this collection. The easy to follow recipes are paired with mouthwatering pictures that left me starving by the time I finished the book. This would make a useful addition to anyone kitchen cookbook collection.

A huge thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for sending me a digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I truly appreciate it!

Siriously Delicious is such a fun cook book! I would definitely recommend this book to new moms or newlyweds starting their cooking experiences. There are many new recipes and few good takes on some older recipes. There are cute little tidbits for each recipes that help you save time etc. The only thing I would change would be adding gluten free or plant based alternatives to switch into the recipe so they can be friendly for everyone.

I really enjoyed reading through this cookbook. I have several marked that I want to make and so many of them feel like they could easily make it into my weekly menus. I tried the Quick Chicken Masala and it was really good. As an Indian dish, it didn't compare to anything I could get in a restaurant, but just as a meal it was great. My only complaint is the over-use of "Millennial Speak," which I feel like will really age this cookbook in a few years. That said, I can't wait to try more recipes from this book.

Love this cookbook! There are wonderful recipes with everything clearly listed making it easy to make the recipe exactly as the author intended. The photos and personal stories also add to the cookbook. Whatever type recipe you are looking for throughout the day there is a yummy option in here.

This cookbook is well-written. I really enjoyed that she shared some personal stories. The photography is beautiful. I loved that there was a photo for every recipe. However, the recipes themselves weren't anything special. I've made, or have seen things that are pretty similar. I would say this is a great cookbook for a beginner cook, but if you have more experience, this is probably a little too simple. #SiriouslyDelicious #NetGalley

Siriously Delicious by Siri Daly promises a mix of nutritious and not as nutritious recipes. It covers everything from breakfast to sides to desserts. I did mark a few recipes that looked good including the Greek nachos and homemade samoas. I thought overall the cookbook was best for beginners . All of the recipes were good, but a serious home cook would most likely be bored. I make variations of many of the recipes already. If you are a new cook, this would be an excellent cookbook to start your journey!

Popular food blogger, Siri Daly, (Siriously Delicious) is the author of Siriously Delicious: 100 Nutritious (and Not So Nutritious) Simple Recipes for the Real Home Cook. This cookbook follows current trends, featuring recipes that are not only simple, but also for dishes that both children and adults actually want to eat.

One of the things that makes this cookbook appealing is that the author includes stories and vignettes – many humorous - that bring out her cute personality, and that readers can relate to. So, besides excellent recipes, this cookbook is an entertaining read. The photographs are beautiful and mouthwatering, and most cooks will want to try almost everything in the book. There is something for everyone here – vegetarian, chicken, beef, lamb, pork, side dishes, cookies, kid-friendly, etc. Avocado toast is trendy, and Siri adds an egg-in-a-hole to the toast – very appealing. The Quick Chicken Masala is delicious, as is the Manchego Summer Squash Gratin. At our house, the Cheesy Green Rice Casserole was a hit; it is perfect to serve with grilled or pan-fried meats and poultry and is one easy dish that will become a go-to.

The recipes are written in such a way that they are easy to follow and they turn out picture perfect. Both beginning and experienced cooks will enjoy making these recipes, and many are suitable for kids to help.

This is a fun cookbook to have on the shelf, and there are enough recipes to keep cooks busy for dozens of meals. It is highly recommended.

Special thanks to NetGalley for supplying a review copy of this book.

If you want a recipe book that is packed with delicious healthy (and not so healthy) recipes that are packed with flavor, this is the book for you.  It's family friendly, and includes plenty of recipes for the various diets and lifestyles out there.  If you are a foodie (like me), you will be happy with how every single dish is bursting with flavor.

The majority of the recipes are very simple to make, but more importantly, it is designed to cater to what you have in your home.   So many of the ingredients can be swapped out for like ingredients, which means you do not have to adhere 100% to the recipe.  Siri had that in mind when she put this cookbook together, because when you have a family of 5 waiting for dinner, you can't always drop everything to run out and get a missing ingredient.  She gives you a guidebook on how to create each dish, but knows you may need to work with what you've got.
