Many authors have written books, telling us that we can heal ourselves from addiction and mental illness by practicing the art of Self-Love. By our own recognizion of what the word “love” means, and that this simple little word, has the power to drive negativity out of a person’s life. Ms. Harris share ways of praising one’s self, that giving yourself permission to change, and retrain your negative thoughts; “dysfunctional people” can control their inner thoughts to become healthier. Helping people recover from medically incurable illnesses and addictions by teaching them how to shift their energy for healing, with the aid of Biblical scriptures. Invasion Revealed is a book that is geared towards people who are willing to help themselves recover from their curable disease, to take charge of their recovery.

In only 49 pages, Ms. Harris’ book may be too short to completely articulate a compelling message and provide a methodology sufficiently, heal addiction; but, it can be a starting place for the determined few. I am giving a 4-star rating, I believe that if a person is willing to help themselves get better; why not give them that help.
