The author wrote a riveting tale of how sexual abuse can impact future relationships. This book was well written and easy to invest in. Definitely recommend!

To date I have only given up on an ARC for review one other time. I figure that reading the book, good or bad, to completion is part of the bargain.

I just can't with this book.

The writing is juvenile and reminiscent of a 6th grade writing assignment with short choppy sentences and poor grammar. Perhaps that was purposeful on the part of the author but inevertheless it makes for a painfully irritating read. The story is all over the place which makes it impossible to become engaged.. I found myself unable to connect with or even sympathize with Maggie as a character.
