An easy to read book with good exercises to get you thinking about your own obstacles in work and life. It is broken down so you can put it down, work on it and then continue. Lovely book

This book is very easy to read and even easier to work your way through to complete the tasks. I have read it all in one sitting and plan to work through all the activities to realise the full potential of the book.

Thank you to NetGalley and publisher for the copy in exchange for a honest review.

What's Stopping You Today is the prove that nothing is new under the sun, it is just a matter of which book you read first. Since I am already deep in the rabbit hole of self-help book, WSYT offers nothing I have never heard before. It does not mean that the topic is bad/outdated, in fact, I found WSYT to be one of the most on point book in self-help. There are also exercises, which is a must have in a self-help book in my opinion. Some aspects, such as writing, fell flat for me or I could not connect to it. But all in all, it is a good book, just not for me.

I got a digital copy of this book off Netgalley and was interested more in how to re-energize or rather to keep my energy at it's peak always. The author shares insights and simple practical tips that one can practice daily to build up on themselves.
I like that she's not promising this as a quick fix but rather a learning process that takes time.

Inasmuch as what she shares is not new, for if you've read any other motivational book you'll still relate to one or two concepts, but it still makes for a great guide, something you can act upon.
