I always expect an amazing book from this author, especially during the holidays. This book…it was so much more for me. It grabbed my heart from the very first pages and never let go, even after I finished. I won’t retell the story – you should read it for yourself as Ms. Thayne does a much better job than I ever could – but I can tell you some of the things I loved.

What happens to Elizabeth Hamilton is devastating. What starts as postpartum depression morphs into something so bad that it gutted me. Even with the unbelievable seven years she went missing, I loved how her character had to learn how to just ‘be’ again. She sacrificed a life with her family, thinking they were better off without her. And Luke, her husband, is so strong and although he is unbelievably angry with his formerly missing wife (and he has his reasons), he still has a heart of gold and listens to that heart when it tells him to listen, watch and help Elizabeth… It’s those cues and clues that can bring them together.

And the children…OMG, your heart will embrace them, break for them, and joyously burst, all in the same book. I loved how this family worked hard to come together again through their individual grief. Luke was an amazing father to his two young children, especially while his wife was “lost”, and the kids are truly characters. I really was engaged from the start of the book, well past the end. Coming Home for Christmas is a special holiday read.

Wonderful romantic Christmas story. I really loved the characters and the town. This story deals with depression and how it can completely change a families life and future. This is the first book that I have read by this author and will be looking for more of her books

His wife disappeared 7 long years ago . Luke had nothing to do with her disappearance, despite the gossips in town saying he probably murdered her. He continues to work and raise his two children with the help. of his sister. After seven years, his future brother-in-law locates his wife, living in another town, under an assumed name. She has begun to regain her memory when Luke shows up on the doorstep determined to take her back to prove he is innocent! Sparks of one kind or another start to fly. A worth addition to the Haven Point series by Thayne.

Complex story about coming home when you've made a mess of things.
Touches on depression and post partum depression as well as traumatic brain injury. Despite all of this I found it to be positive and heartwarming. A beautiful Christmas story.

Another wonderful book by raeanne Thayne, for Elizabeth when things go bad and she becomes in a dark place almost taking the life of her child and herself.. but instead putting her child back in his crib and walking away from her family thinking they are much better off without her in their life..
Ending up in a truck with a truck with a stranger.
Comes to a tragic part in her life ending up in the hospital in a coma things have changed by the time everything is done she becomes Sonia.
But her husband is looking for her to clear his name because the town they are from they believe he has murdered his wife he has to clear his name to get things settled...
I truly loved this book I suggest these books to everyone if you haven't picked up a raeanne Thayne book you really should you will be hooked just like me I would give this book 10 Stars if I was able to it's that good truly loved this story....

Coming Home for Christmas by RaeAnne Thayne. I loved this book. There was mystery, love, true family values. There was sadness along the way for Elizabeth and her family. But so much happiness too. I loved Elizabeth and Luke’s story. Read the story was probably one of RaeAnne Thayne’s best ever books. And it is one of my favorite types of books a Christmas story.
