I love Paris and Lacy’s story. I loved returning to Sweetwater Springs you feel like you are there. This book like all the other books Annie Rains writes leaves you a warm feeling and you cannot wait to return to Sweetwater Springs to read the next book.

This was a very sweet story. Straightforward and entertaining, the side story with the grumpy old man thrilled me. I have a thing for grumpy old men. I loved that nothing was too drawn out and I never once got frustrated with a character.

First off, the cover is so pretty. It makes me wish I was there in the story with them. Secondly, I love that Lacy is a librarian and that it's a librarian/graphic designer romance. I love that it wasn't insta romance but it was a sweet kind of love that blossomed over time. I loved the named of the characters and the character descriptions. Paris definitely sounds like the type of guy I'd fall in love with myself. At 28, Lacy's character was easy to relate to and very enjoyable for me. Also, the character of Mr. Jensen with his wife and his supposedly gruff nature really hit home with me. Paris's kindness really spoke to me as well. I love that both he and Lacy are gentle, kindred souls. Even though they're two different people with varying interests, they come together just like pieces of a puzzle falling into place. 5/5 stars for a beautiful, wholesome romance that I will want to revisit time and time again.

Such a wonderful story! I don't have enough words to describe how much I enjoyed this story. Once I started reading it, I could not put it down. Even though this part of a series you do not have to have read the previous books(but I advise you do because they are wonderful too) to enjoy this story.

Kiss Me in Sweetwater Springs tells the story of Lacy, a local librarian who was bullied during her years in school and now has to face going to her class reunion. She is reluctant to go but then meets Paris, a grapic designer, who also has not had it easy in his life. Paris likes Lacy and enjoys spending time with her but does not think he is good enough for her. Both have issues with self-esteem and I think this story - even though rather short - tackled the issues quite well.. Sweetwater Springs seemed like a great small town with quirky and fun characters, I would love to read more about them.
I recieved a copy of this book in exchange of an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Another great story in the Sweetwater Springs series by Annie Rains. Lacy and Paris are like oil and water, but in this case the saying that opposites attract is the truth.

After battling scoliosis as a child and being picked on and teased for wearing a brace, Lacy is a strong and determined woman. Paris, new to town, is recovering from a divorce and not looking for love. Somehow they find each other and make it work. Short but sweet story that I thoroughly enjoyed.

I received a free ARC eBook from Net Galley and the publisher for my honest review.

"Anywhere I've been in my life, I've always been under these same stars. I've always wished I was somewhere different when I looked up, but tonight, there's nowhere else I'd rather be."

Kiss me in Sweetwater Springs bring you back home to the wonderful town of Sweetwater Springs. I have come to love the town and all of the people who live there. Author Annie Rains does a magnificent job at bringing her characters to life and having her readers fall in love with them. She will tug at your heartstrings and leave you smiling. This is such a wonderful book, I highly recommend it!

In this short and sweet novella you are introduced to Par8s and Lacy, two individuals who appear to be complete opposites on the outside, but perfect for eachother on the inside.
This can be read as a stand alone book.

I received and ARC from NetGalley, all thoughts and opinions expressed are honest and my own.

I’m a big fan of this series and didn’t hesitate to jump at the chance to read this book early. Paris and Lacy are complete opposites but you know how the old saying goes. Lacy is the quiet, shy town librarian. Paris is the ‘bad boy’ but has a heart of gold. Things haven’t always been easy for these two in the past and it was nice seeing them overcome their fears. I loved seeing past characters from other books as well. I love this town, I love the people, reading these books makes me want to move there. If you’re looking for a well written, feel good, clean and wholesome novella, look no further. I am counting down the days until Snowfall on Cedar Trail releases later this year.

Was not really impressed with this book, not my cup of tea got the impression it is more suitable for teenagers.
Very slow going, not much of a plot, found the character's dissapointing, no real build up got as far as half way through the book but could not finish it.

I’m not gonna lie, I was a little confused reading this shorty story and I think that’s because I hadn’t read any of the books from the series. So every character was unfamiliar to me and I felt like I didn’t get to know them well enough.

The story was ok, but I had a difficult time connecting with the main characters and becoming invested in their romance. Perhaps a longer story could have provided that connection.

This is a cute and sweet short story. Interesting and enjoyable enough to read in one sitting. Perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to read but wants a good story.

This sweet little novella is the perfect thing to pick up to get you out of a slump or to bring a little happiness to your day.

The characters are interesting and while we have met them before you could easily read this as a standalone. The plot is sweet even though it could be considered a little fast it is a novella so I don't hold that against it. Its romantic and uplifting.

Personally I love the Sweetwater Springs Series and highly recommend romance lovers read the whole series!

A great story. I loved it. Well written, I loved the descriptiveness of the book. It wasn’t just a mooshy gooshy love story, it had things from the main characters pasts woven in that made them who they were.

Annie Rains writes the perfect small town stories. They draw you in & keep you invested in the characters. In this one, we learn about Paris & Lacy. They are perfect together! They both have had difficult childhoods to get past. Paris’s parents were felons & he was in & out of foster care. He really never had a place to call home except for one special foster placement. The Jensen’s in Sweetwater Springs was the one place he felt comfortable.

Lacy faced childhood scoliosis & her formative years in a rigid back brace. It gave the mean girls something to torment her about. Now, she’s out of the brace & is the town librarian. She hasn’t quite broken herself of sitting in the corner & people watching, instead of joining in. At least, she hadn’t until she met Paris. Despite his motorcycle & tattoos, she was drawn to him. Could they have a future together?

This story had it all! As a reader, I was pulled by Paris’s feelings of coming home, Mr. Jensen’s emotional pain, Paris’s hurt from Mrs. Jensen telling him to leave them alone, & so many other instances. I loved watching Paris & Lacy grow closer & realize their feelings. This was a lovely short story that I fell in love with. If you enjoy sweet, tender romances, this story is for you!

I can't blame the girls. Bad words are funny.

Maybe his foster mom had dementia.

I'm with her; book clubs are for reading.

Old women should not be babysitters.

Shades of Elton John.

In this romantic novella, the magic continues to weave its wand over the residents of Sweetwater Springs! Lacy Shaw, the shy librarian has never been one to make her presence known but when the handsome Paris shows up to teach a computer class, she finds herself attracted to him. Paris notices Lacy but not in a romantic way until some of the elder members of his class gives him a glimpse at a different version of Lacy. When Paris and Lacy are thrown together during a crisis at the library, the fires of love begin to ignite. Will Lacy and Paris let past hurts stop them from a love they both richly deserve? Will someone from Paris's past show him that a love of a lifetime is worth fighting for? Author Annie Rains has brought the majestic setting of Sweetwater Springs to life and continues to enthrall me with the beauty of her words. I will continue to follow the wonderful series of Sweetwater Springs!

I love visiting Sweetwater Springs. Ms. Rains has a definite talent for creating characters that wrap themselves around your heart. I loved Paris and Lacy’s story!

Lacy is a shy librarian who had a difficult time with “mean girls” during her high school years. She has always been on the sidelines watching the world go by. With her high school reunion coming up, she wants to prove to her former classmates that she is no longer the girl that they treated so badly.

Paris is a survivor of the foster care system. He spent his childhood moving from one foster home to another, never really having a home or family to call his own.

I really enjoyed this book. Ms. Rains had written another winner.

I received an ARC of Kiss Me in Sweetwater Springs from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for my honest review. I definitely recommend this book. It can be read as a stand alone, but I recommend reading all the books in this series. You won’t be disappointed.
