This was an ok read. I found it to be full of things that are basically common sense to most people and felt like the one or two new things that I learned weren't worth reading all of the things I already knew.

I went into this book hopeful, but ultimately lost patience with it's long winded, beat around the bush ways. It was very wordy without actually saying much at all. There were things said like back to my original point, let me repeat that to make sure you get my point, and my point is.... which ultimately let's you know the author was talking for quite awhile off point and had to get back to what they were originally saying (repeatedly). Before any helpful information was even offered there was already a portion with the author asking for reviews and giving links to leave the review. I don't want to continue on saying negative things so I will just say that I hope others like this one more than I did and hopefully will find it beneficial. It sadly is just not my cup of tea.

If you took a health class in junior high, there's only one chapter of this book that might be new information and of help to you. That said, one population that this book could be helpful to is the special needs adult population. Everything is broken down into it's most basic, and the information is fairly simple and straightforward. While not marketed toward that population, it could easily be utilized there.
