The author shares with the reader how, even in many types of adversities in life, she has chosen to laugh and choose joy in the midst of these trials, using these as a distraction. She helps the reader to see that choosing faith in God, joy and laughter can be a big help in getting able to survive and get through the trials with a peace and joy in life.

I read Carolanne's first book, Odd(ly) Enough, in which she shared of her life experiences growing up in Alabama. Humor is an obvious part of who she is.

In She Laughs, Carolanne's words offer encouragement, motivation, and hope. She shares openly her struggle with anxiety and depression.

I felt Carolanne was being very open, honest, and transparent. Several illustrations caused bursts of laughter. I give it 5 stars and encourage you to read it: you will be blessed.

I almost passed on requesting this book from NetGalley, I'm so glad I didn't. This book is so good! It will make you laugh out loud and also make you stop and think about your life. Losing her little niece to cancer taught Carolanne to surrender to God, and in doing so, she found herself and God. Carolanne's authentic life reflects beauty for ashes. She pulls heartstrings with love and laughter. Her life's purpose is to spread love and joy, honestly and truthfully. I highly recommend "She Laughs" for all those who opt to choose faith over fear.

Realizing if they aren't God, they don't matter. This book spoke to my heart. I never realized by choosing this book that it would completely change my perspective, on life, and on what others think of me.

Great book! The stories in this book were hilarious. It was quick read and very easy to follow. I like how it was very practical with the bible verses and stuff throw in. Really makes it feel like the author is speaking directly to you and your situations.

This book is a powerful reminder of God’s love and power to speak through us, and straight to us. The message that it conveys is life changing. A Godly woman is a woman who knows how to laugh. And she will. 5/5 stars for a gift from above.
