Very helpful especially if you attend demo days. The terminology and the curves of valuation, stages of the startups along with examples made great sense. Great detail on how vcs think and how they invest. what things to look out for in founders.

This is my favorite business read of the last six months. I recommend it for anyone interested or involved in startups. It’s smart, substantive, and a great read.
