Another self help book but this one has naughty language to add some humor. Again, another book with set number of tips and strategies to enjoy and make you pounder and help get out of a slump. Some these were quite humorous and will definitely do a few on a regular basis. The whole is basically a gratitude journal and taking charge of your life.

A great add to any self help library for reference.

I appreciate an ARC of this from Netgalley and Remington books. I has given a PDF version in exchange for an honest review. These PDF versions are a pain in the neck as my preferred method is my kindle. Still happy with this nonetheless.

This book is an adorable interactive journal that shows you, yes, you do actually have some f*cks to give. I think this book would make a great gift to anyone (particularly right now during the pandemic or during times of great change when it may be hard for someone to tap into their gratitudes). I would also recommend it for anyone interested in journalling or needing a jumping off point for beginning that particular activity. Exercises and practices are coupled with quotes that help you tap into something deeper.

This is a fantastic little book. I thought at first it was going to be a list of things but it's a journal with lots of advice and activities. It made me laugh, cry and go, 'oh yeah that makes sense'. This was a digital copy so of course I couldn't write in it, but I made lots of notes from it. This would be a great gift in these times as a lot of people have changed their lifestyles with lockdown. Lots of inspiring quotes to which I really liked.

Thanks to NetGalley for the free article

First of all, thank you Netgalley for this WONDERFUL self-help journal. I LOVE it! I think it might very well be my new favorite. Each section of it has realist points and asks the reader to respond in a reflective manner. I especially liked the inspirational quotes the journal is full of. I really liked going through all the prompts and thinking about them. I mean, truly thinking about what makes me happy. That’s not something I usually do on a day-to-day basis and it really helped me a lot. The prompt I liked best was where we are to think about our pet and what we can do to make them happy. Usually a journal would just ask some shallow questions, but F*cks to Give takes the whole thing a step further and requires us to really put some thought in it. In my opinion this journal is a gem and I’m so excited to fill out the whole thing! I think it would be really interesting to answer to the prompts every year and see if and how the answers change.

What a fun book! You definitely don't want to give it to someone that
has a problem with LANGUAGE. It's bad, fun on every page. Myself, I
thought it was a cute little book!

Thank you so much, Remington8 Books, and Netgalley, for giving me the
chance to read and review this cute little book!

This book is everything! A gratitude journal like no other, it helps you "dig deep to find your f*cks." I loved the colorful graphics, the inspiring quotes, and the irreverent prompts that push you to give realistic answers instead of the ones you think you should be writing. I found myself reflecting on everything from shows I love to binge to the most awkward moments of my teen years, and I know this book will become a treasured keepsake and time capsule and not just another self-help experiment.

"F*cks To Give" is perfect for quarantine - if ever there was a time you needed to be reminded of reasons to "give a sh*t," it's now. I bought two for friends for Mother's Day because we all need to find the small joys in life at this moment - even if it's just about the time you clapped back at that social media troll.

Thank you to NetGalley and Girl Friday Productions for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

This is such a cute journal. It is way ore then your average blank white page notebook though. I love self-help journals and this one is by far a stand out. It has prompts for each section and really guides you though different thought processes. It helps you to notice the little things like smells and why you like certain music. It forces you to be reflective. I can assume that it would be useful if someone is going though a stressful time to have something to look back on. It doesn't require you to write a lot which I personally like. I can't wait to fill this up with ideas and thoughts. I am so excited. Thank you Netgalley and Girl Friday Productions for this PERFECT journal.

I loved the promptS this journal gives you! I have been wanting to start journaling for the longest time and I think this was the best way to start for me. It has lovely and empowering quotes throughout the journal that I liked very much.

This is a cute, modern take on a gratitude journal. People will buy this for the aesthetic, not the originality of the concept. The design is bright, colorful, and happy. The quotes interspersed throughout the book are from millennial popular culture favorites. I do like how the journal is continuous. By the end you have a numbered list of 201 things to be grateful for.

"With this guided journal, you'll replenish your store of f*cks to give (...) You can page through it when life gives you f*cking cratefuls of lemons." -Ooh, that's where the cover came from!

This guided gratitude journal is a godsend for people skeptical of journals for a jillion of reasons:
- It maintains a relaxed tone; in other words, there's no pretending you're William Shakespeare.
- It's certainly young; we're talking journaling about memes.
- Every page is different, good for people like me who get bored easily.
- It's PRETTY with a variety of colors and fonts.
- Has an instagrammable layout with entire pages of inspirational quotes.
- The prompts are more creative than other journals I've seen.

I really do believe it gives you results in the form of gratitude and overall satisfaction, even though it pretends to be a silly journal.

However, a word of caution is needed: perhaps it's obvious from the cover page, but there are A LOT of curse words inside. Perhaps too many, not necessary to achieve the desired result, but it's still an awesome present for yourself or a friend.

If you love journal prompted books this one is for you!! The humor and blunt realities are put thoughtfully into the prompts, with quotes from people that actually make you think, and questions that will cause you to introspect. I had a fun time writing in my journal.

Do you journal? Are you a prompt-driven journalist or a free-spirited one?

Happy Journaling!

[ I will be posting my review next Tuesday on my social media handles ]

Thank you to Netgalley and Remington8 Books for this opportunity!

This is absolutely the perfect book for quarantine life! It's basically a journal with prompts that help remind you of 201 of the 'reasons to give a sh*t.' The book offers suggestions on ways to come up with tons of reasons the world is great (everything from times when strangers have offered acts of kindness to your favorite songs to dance to). It's well-organized so that you can complete the prompts without feeling too overwhelmed (it actually feels pretty easy to come up with 201 happy things this way). There are also some really inspiring quotes and fun graphics that make it a light read. It feels like it's aimed a little bit towards YA readers, but in reality, this would be good for anyone who needs a reminder that it's the small joys in life that make our time worth living.
