Wonderful pictures and an excellent resource for someone following the keto lifestyle. I have followed the keto lifestyle for two years and found myself bookmarking numerous recipes throughout. The recipes I tried were easy to follow and do not require complex ingredients (a HUGE win for me!). For beginners, the initial part of the book describes how to begin with eating a low carb lifestyle.

I have been toying with the idea of buying an airfryer for a while and this book has just finally made up my mind, I'm definitely getting one. I couldn't help thinking that if I did get one that it might turn into just another kitchen gadget that I won't end up using. After reading this book I now appreciate how versatile they are, You can cook almost anything in them, and why heat up a big oven when the same results can be achieved more economically and in less time using the airfryer. No brainer! That's how I'm going to sell it to my husband 😁

My son follows a keto diet and this book is jam packed with very good recipes and amazing tips on how to remain in Ketosis and how to avoid many of the common pitfalls. The dessert section was of particular interest to me. I will certainly be trying out some keto friendly cookies and cakes.

Thank you to the publisher and Nethalley for an advance copy of this title in exchange for and unbiased review.

Thank you to Netgalley for giving me the chance to read and review, '200 under 20g Net Carbs" by Lindsay Boyers. After wanting to start a low carbohydrate lifestyle change, I knew I would need some help. I decided to request this book in order to aide me on my new journey.. As of right now, I have tried making the cheesecake brownie bars and the keto everything bagels. Both came out pretty well. The directions are easy to follow. I would have liked to have seen more pictures of the food from the recipes. This is a great cookbook for beginners of low carb/keto diets. I recommend it.

’m so glad I came across this keto cookbook. You’re definitely getting your money's worth with the 200 easy to follow, delicious-sounding keto recipes that you’ll find in this book.

The beginning portion goes over the basic information about keto and how to start. And the book is also filled with little nuggets of information such as the health benefits of ingredients, how to replicate seasonings, and just general information. It was during a recipe for paprika pork skillet that I learned that there are three types of paprika out there!

Love love this book & can’t wait to finish trying out the rest of the recipes.

Thanks, NetGalley & publisher Adams Media for the free ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Thanks for the preview. As a long-time (2 years) keto follower, I am always looking for new recipes. Since I have been so successful getting my health under control, a lot of my patrons come in looking for advice and recipes that can satisfy this "meat and potatoes" rural community. I think this will be a popular option for my patrons. I LOVED (so did the family) the cheesy taco dip (made for 4th of July). Also made and really enjoyed about 10 other recipes like the Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Casserole, and the rosemary flatbread made a great pizza base. The other really popular recipe was the Cheesy Ranch Cauliflower Bake. I hope Boyers puts another book out soon, I am really looking forward to getting this book and any future books.

As someone who has been doing the low-carb journey for a couple of years, it is always a great opportunity to find a new set of recipes to help continue with this way of eating. This book has tons of easy to follow & appetizing recipes with all of the nutritional values included along with the carb and calorie counts. I particularly loved that the recipes included the Net Carb count as a great resource. The pictures are great and eye-appealing. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is venturing into the low-carb way of eating or also someone like myself who has been doing this way of eating but is always looking for new recipes!

I would like to thank the publisher, Adams Media, & NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book. This is my honest and unbiased opinion.

I love how many new low-carb options there were in this cookbook! It doesn't re-hash all of the typical low-carb/keto recipes that are all over the internet already. I found so many that sounded absolutely delicious.

The beginning of the book has a great section about why low-carb. The layout was so simple and informative, and I cannot wait to make more of the tasty recipes I found in this book.

This may be one of the best Keto cookbooks I have come across, and I have seen (and owned) plenty of them. 200 under 20g takes the hard work of searching for recipes to keep your net carb count in check and provides you with all you need in one book to get on the right track with keto or give you the jump start you need (like me) to get back into it after having struggles fitting it into your busy life. Not only is the book a great way to make your Keto journey a little easier as far as carb counting, but pretty much all of the recipes sound appetizing so there are plenty of recipes to keep things from getting boring. I absolutely recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight or follow a keto lifestyle.

At the beginning of this book there is a good blurb about counting carbs, which is important for a keto diet. However, one thing I found is that there is a lot of microwave recipes in this book. As someone trying to eat more healthy, I am also trying to limit my dependence on the microwave as well. So I won't find myself using as many of the recipes in this book as I would like. But their everything Bagel recipe looks super delicious.

Outstanding low carb recipe book! I love that there was a comprehensive, yet easy to understand, explanation of the benefits of a low carb diet. There was also good information about the human body’s reaction to various foods and substances. For any diet to be successful, I feel it is important to understand the “why” of it. The included recipes were simple, yet offered a HUGE, variety of choices. I am eager to try them out right away. I also struggle with odd food allergies but the recipe selection offered so many choices that I will not be in short of new recipes and ideas. This is a must have for anyone starting out with a low carb diet. I highly recommend for newbies or those experienced with Keto or low carb!

Although keto eating is a great idea, this cookbook is so obviously made of sponsored recipes from the author's blog that it's maddening. So many of the recipes call from brand-name ingredients, many of which are hard to find that readers are likely to stop eating keto because of the difficulty of cooking anything here.

I have rarely found a keto cookbook that actually relies on real ingredients and this cookbook isn't it.

Lovely cookbook... keto friendly. Over 200 recipes with some really great mouthwatering pictures. So anyone on a keto diet looking to stay under a 20 grams of net carbs... author here does all the work for you with a ton of recipes already calculated.

What did I like! Pictures really make me want to try a recipe and this cookbook had a huge variety. I also really loved the simplicity and the set up of the recipes. The focus is the net carbs and the disclaimer is at the top of the recipe so you don’t have to search for it. All the calorie information is there and the author adds a pantry staple list to make it pretty easy as well as a meal plan idea.

Would I recommend or buy? Absolutely.... the pictures and easy simplicity of the book really sold me. I love gluten free meals but I’ve had to add dairy to so even though a lot of recipes need cheese, you can easily substitute for dairy free. So many recipes to choose from regardless.

Thoughts for the author? Beautiful cookbook and love the simplicity. Outstanding job!

Now this is the type of low carb cookbook I would buy. All recipes safely under 20g and no questionable ingredients that can stall your weight loss right away or make your blood glucose shoot up!

It is an everyday cookbook. Simple to prepare with no hard-to-find ingredients. Well, unless you count those specific brands of foods like certain bacons and certain mayonnaise. That kinda spoiled it for me, But I can always find alternatives and/or make my own. Why can't the author just say Sugar-free bacon?

If you look for a photo for every recipe, you will be disappointed. For me – I read the ingredients first so a photo now and then will do it for me.

Thank you, Netgalley and Adams Media for the ARC. This is my honest opinion.

So many good low carb recipes! Low carb doesn't have to boring and this book proves it. There are lots of yummy options for every taste. The recipes are very clear and easy to follow. Each recipe has informations on how much net carbs it has. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Filled with lots of recipes!

I've been low carb for about a year now for health reasons and the bonus of losing weight, so I jumped at the opportunity to read this. I did love the intro where it goes into what are carbs and all that jazz for people who may not know or are starting out.

As far as the rest of the content? I mean it's average. I didn't like that there aren't photos of the items because for me I'm pretty visual (and how else will I know if I mess it up royalty)? The dessert section was my fave cause I love me some dessert.

It's kind of hard to judge recipe book because there are SO MANY BLOGS and Pinterest that have recipes. It's nice to not have to search the web I suppose but I don't think I'd pay for this book.

So many easy to follow, delicious, keto-friendly recipes! It’s hard not to fall into a boring routine of the same protein and vegetables with a keto plan. This book arms you with an arsenal of recipes to keep you on the Low-carb path!

Some of the recipes looked interesting, but they were either too complicated or didn't seem like something we would enjoy.
