I enjoyed this story, set in Quebec in 1964. This is a historical story. It is a mystery story. And it is also a story of a vanishing way of life.

I liked the cover. The writing was good. The story was well constructed and held my attention. The characters were well written and realistic.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys historical novels.
