Another good book in this line. I really enjoy the many questions and ways to help guide you through self awareness.

This is a neat book. I like the idea of a pocket guide of strategies to cope with anxiety. It offers a great overview of different methods - changing thinking patterns, the benefits of exercise for anxiety, and breathing exercises that even this skeptic was willing to try. I strongly disagree with the statement that all fear can be treated with exposure therapy; I'm the exception to that rule, it seems. But that's a small compliment in what is otherwise a book that I have a feeling I'll be turning to again and again.
