Get Fit and Healthy on a Tight Schedule Bundle is actually a health and wellness book that makes real sense and actually made me feel like I could make changes in my lifestyle and get off my backside! It is well written and many of the phrases and quotes promoting a more healthy lifestyle really home with me and made feel that that change was possible! It is a quick read and, concise and to the point. I will make sure I try and reread it to keep the ideas in my head!

A recommended health, fitness and wellness book.

Thanks for NetGalley and the publisher for a chance to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

I really needed the advice I got from this book. As the busy mother of three who homeschools and works from home I needed advice that would help me get fit and eat better with little planning and with only 20-30 minutes a day. This book bundle gave me both advice and real solutions to my problem. Thank you.

These books have good ideas on what to do and tips for how to do them but there's really nothing new here. Get sleep, eat better, move more and make time for yourself.
Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book for my honest opinion.

I had a problem downloading this copy unfortunately so I can't review it properly. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

Thanks to NetGalley and to the author for an advance copy of this book bundle.

If you've not read any books on health and fitness or habit-forming before, then this little package will be ideal. There's a lot of information packed into there with some good suggestions and ideas.

If you've read every book under the sun on either topic, however, then you might find that this book is a bit repetitive.

While there's nothing in this bundle that you won't read anywhere else, it is a good idea to have everything in one package.

A good starter read if this is the first time y0u've considered getting fit and healthy in the comfort of your own home.

A good introduction to a healthy life. I’m interested in reading these kind of books to see if I’ll get some new ideas, or if I’ve forgotten something I should do. Happy to see I’m following pretty much everything that’s stated in the book. I have my own exercise routines, and the exercises in this book are part of it.

I eat plant-based food, but it’s easy to adapt it to the healthy meals and ideas in this book. I know a lot of people struggle with these issues, and I think this book is encouraging these people in a good way. It’s not a big and scary thing, if you follow the instructions in the book. Small steps, achievable goals, motivation, give yourself both time, and be merciful to yourself.

This is such a positive book, with so much useful information of how to help yourself. Simply written, so as not to get distracted by the main advice.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

This is the first health and wellness book that I have read that makes perfect sense and actually makes me feel like I can make changes in my lifestyle! Some of the phrases and quotes used about changing to a more healthy lifestyle hit me right between the eyes and made feel that I can do this! It is a quick read and, more importantly, concise and to the point. Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for this free ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Great books and I've found myself actually following some of the things in them. Usually I read a book like this a d love the ideas but never actually do them. This book made it so easy to start with just one thing, and that led me to another little thing. I hope to add more. But I am so thrilled this actually gave me a good reasonable, achievable place to start.

I received an ARC from BooksGoSocial through NetGalley for an honest review. I was struggling this year with weight, not exercising like I was because the gym and pool weren't open, and with the chaos of 2020. I recently had labs done and they showed how bad it was but I had to do something and I tried but nothing seemed to motivate me. Then I saw this book on NetGalley and decided to read it. This has helped motivate me. It is broken down into chapters and each one tells us what it is about. I have read about making myself a priority many times because I have always been if there is any time or anything left then that is when I can do for me.
2020 has been hard on everyone and a lot of info in the book, I have known and it didn't motivate me to change. This book combines everything you need to, as I say, become the person I always saw I could be but never took the time to make it happen. This book brings that person front and center and wants to finally make it happen. I have found my motivation and reading this book doesn't make me feel like a failure because of my lack of taking care of myself, it is someone understanding and as when reading what the book is about, there is a whole lot of people struggling with it. I can now choose a chapter and read it to remind me of what I am struggling with. There is a lot of info here, all packed into this book that I carry everywhere so I can read the chapter that will get me through moments of struggle. 2020 has had an effect on everyone I think and this book is a step in the right direction to make the decision to make ourselves the priority, start taking care of ourselves, and there didn't seem to be any judging while reading this book, just someone who wanted the best for each of us.

There's nothing new here. This book features ideas that can be found in any fitness magazine or basic blog. The ideas within DO work, but again, we have heard all of them. I get the sense that English is not the author's native tongue. While there's nothing wrong with that the resulting work comes off as amateurish and not scientific or professional.
