This book is a wonderful overview of many different means of becoming healthier and more productive. Specific areas like sleep, circadian cycles, and intermittent fasting can be (and are) the subjects of whole books about just those topics, but as a starting point this is a great education and is probably sufficient for many people.

Easy, fast read. Great information about the circadian rhythm and how our body is on a biological clock. I felt like there was some good areas of advice, but I did find a lack of an exclusive approach and put all types of bodies and lifestyles in one box. I wish the chapters about fitness and nutrition were put together (and didn't focus so exclusively on strength training and fasting) and routine (with an additional stress management chapter) would have been more beneficial.

An informative guide, with important information to know. This author tells it in an easy and interesting way as he teaches a simple process for optimal living. Eating well, sleeping well, and having a healthy circadian rhythm, to name a few. It wasn’t new-to-me information, but it was information people should know and often don’t. Some of his suggestions don’t seem exactly easy. For instance, if I woke up when my body told me to, I’d likely miss work every day, and my husband gets irritated when I use a wakeup clock since I like to wake up much earlier than he does. And some of it is things we know we should be doing, but don’t, i.e. consistent eating. Some info seems basic, but still a good read and good information with good reminders.

I really enjoyed this book, it almost takes you back to basic with exercise, nutrition and looking after yourself. I learnt a lot about sleep, which for me is something that I have been struggling with.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

Incredibly poor quality book on the topic of circadian rhythm. Numerous grammatical and tense errors abound and much of the provided information is either incorrect entirely or lacking vital context and detail. The author's frankly bizarre assertion that circadian rhythms are a phenomenon that is not well known can be easily disproved with a single google search. Readers interested in this topic would be better off considering Dr. Satchin Panda's The Circadian Code: Lose Weight, Supercharge Your Energy, and Transform Your Health from Morning to Midnight or Dr. Michael Breus' hugely popular The Power of When.

I am always looking to improve my sleep habits and increase my energy. I enjoyed this book. The author talks about the body's clock and how fine-tuning that will help you to be the best you. A lot of the concepts Said Hasyim talks about I have heard about like intermittent fasting and circadian clock. I like how he puts it all together.

Thank you Net Galley for giving me the opportunity to read "Have A Peak At This" by Said Hasyim.
