I am always looking to improve my sleep habits and increase my energy. I enjoyed this book. The author talks about the body's clock and how fine-tuning that will help you to be the best you. A lot of the concepts Said Hasyim talks about I have heard about like intermittent fasting and circadian clock. I like how he puts it all together.

Thank you Net Galley for giving me the opportunity to read "Have A Peak At This" by Said Hasyim.

I really enjoyed this book, it almost takes you back to basic with exercise, nutrition and looking after yourself. I learnt a lot about sleep, which for me is something that I have been struggling with.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.

An informative guide, with important information to know. This author tells it in an easy and interesting way as he teaches a simple process for optimal living. Eating well, sleeping well, and having a healthy circadian rhythm, to name a few. It wasn’t new-to-me information, but it was information people should know and often don’t. Some of his suggestions don’t seem exactly easy. For instance, if I woke up when my body told me to, I’d likely miss work every day, and my husband gets irritated when I use a wakeup clock since I like to wake up much earlier than he does. And some of it is things we know we should be doing, but don’t, i.e. consistent eating. Some info seems basic, but still a good read and good information with good reminders.

This book is a wonderful overview of many different means of becoming healthier and more productive. Specific areas like sleep, circadian cycles, and intermittent fasting can be (and are) the subjects of whole books about just those topics, but as a starting point this is a great education and is probably sufficient for many people.
