absolutely delightful, just like all Catana comics. they span the range of fun, relatable, sweet, joyful, awkward, and all imaginable combinations thereof.

I received an ARC of this book through NetGalley in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

In Love and Pajamas is a collection of cartoons Catana Chetwynd has drawn about her relationship with her fiance, John. I love the style of her drawings! Some cartoons I could definitely relate to; others didn't reflect the relationship I have with my husband; every couple is different, though, so that is bound to happen. Overall, this was a cute and relatable collection of cartoons. I had not seen Catana's comics before; I plan to look for more from her!

This was such a cute read! I have come across Catana Chetwynd's work here and there on the internet but I never actually picked up one of her books. This is the first one I read and I found it incredibly adorable. The comics were so relatable;I really saw my own relationship depicted in the images. Chetwynd's captures the little moments that happen during a day in a relationship. Most of the time, I don't notice that these moments are happening but Chetwynd does an incredible job of reminding me that they do exist and I should be aware of them. I recommend it to anyone who is in a relationship. You will definitely relate!

I love Catana's comics and this collection is no exception!
This particular collection is about what it's like having your partner be your best friend and being so comfortable with them you can do anything around them.

This collection was adorable, fun and filled with love and laughter. It depicted everything a relationship can be.

Catana strikes again with a very relatable collection of comics on life as a couple. From the sweet moments to the sad to the silly, she covers it all in her series of signature adorable illustrations that will make you giggle. What I particularly enjoyed was how she didn't shy away from exposing those goofy moments we all do but won't admit! Overall, a great collection that's heartwarming and will leave you with a smile on your face. Though be warned; if you don't read it with your partner, you WILL spend a bunch of time insisting they come and check out certain particularly relatable comics!

I absolutely loved this!

It’s almost as if these comics were based on my life. Myself and my boyfriend laughed the whole way through this because it is so accurate of our relationship

I received a digital ARC from the publisher via NetGalley.

I love Catana's comics. This book is familiar in the fact that it's short, sweet, and incredibly wholesome. In "In Love & Pajamas," Catana explores those small moments in a relationship that show how strong a couple's bond is, and how truly amazing it is to be entirely vulnerable with your partner.

This book is charming and easy to read, and definitely something I could see myself picking up more than once.

Every time I see one of these little comics I cannot believe how much they are like my husband and I. I always have to stop reading and show him ones that freak me out because they are so much like us. LOVE these.

Hello, hi, how are we all doing today?

It is only Tuesday, but this week has felt very long. However, I am incredibly excited for the upcoming holiday and can not wait to decorate my space even more! Recently, I have also been on a bit of a reading streak and even though this has not been the greatest week, I have still been reading quite a bit. There is just something about reading via candle and Christmas lights that is so cozy that it just makes me want to read even more! One of the books, I read recently was an E-ARC of the new Catana Comics collection! I love these little comics, even if you have never read one of the collections you have probably seen them online (on Facebook, Twitter, etc..), before these were ever in collections, I absolutely adored them and used to send them to my husband all the time. I believe this is the second or third collection of Catana Comics I have gotten the chance to read and I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them. This collection was especially cute and I absolutely can not wait for it to be released into the world (so I can purchase a copy to share with my husband)! We always love looking through these together and definitely find ourselves relating to many of the moments we see in the comics. I can not wait to see what Catana Comics comes out with next!

Goodreads Rating: 5 Stars

**Thank you so much for the E-ARC in exchange for the honest review

A lovely and cosy read. With very short and witty slices of life, the author shares relatable and heartwarming snippets of her relationship. I've been a long time follower on IG, but it's the first time I have the chance to discover her published work and it's everything I expected and more. A warm cup of tea for the soul. I cannot recommend it enough.

In Love & Pajamas is a comic by Catana Chetwynd, and also the most adorable little reminder that you and your partner aren’t really that strange after all! The comic features little ‘skits’ about everyday struggles, laughs, awkward moments, and all the good gooey bits in between of being in a relationship with someone you love. I was constantly chuckling to myself throughout their comic, because I had little moments of ‘omg that’s so true!’ and ‘this is so us!’.

The simplicity of the graphics is what makes this comic all the more fantastic. The message of each little skit is always understandable and you’re never left scratching your head wondering what they mean.

This comic would be a perfect gift for a couple or someone who just loves to have a laugh. Would 100% recommend this comic to everyone in love...and in pajamas!

The perfect description for this book is given right on the cover: "a collection of comics about being yourself together".

The introduction made me fall in love before even starting, with the broomstick-dancing reference and the "no matter who you are, being the truest form of yourself and letting your guard down is what makes all this memories what they are". Being the girl who always keeps her guard up and has little romantic experience (probably as a result), that really got to me.

I had already seen @catanacomics around Instagram so, when I saw this was available on NetGalley, I couldn't resist (huge thank you to them). And I wasn't disappointed. These comics are so fuzzy, warm, cute, adorable, funny and, above all, 100% relatable. It's the perfect, quick read for a cozy blanket-and-tea winter day.

I’ve not read anything by Catana Chetwynd before, though I have seen the odd strip kicking around on social media. I chose this book based on how much I enjoyed those. I wasn’t disappointed!

These comics are both cute and funny. Even as someone who has never been in a romantic relationship, there are so many relatable moments!

The drawings themselves are lovely - so few lines express so much. In that way, they remind me of Peanuts, my first and favourite comic. The frames are clean and simple, and there aren’t even a huge number of words, but they convey so much meaning to the reader.

If you’re looking for something to make you laugh, and to warm the cockles of your heart, search no longer. This book made me feel so happy.

I was given a free copy of this book, my opinions are my own.

This was the first book from Catana Chetwynd so I did not know what to expect.
I really enjoyed this book and will definitely read other books from Chetwynd.

The book contains adorable drawings, the story is cute and relatable. It feels genuine and heartwarming. Most importantly the message of the book is how amazing it is to be yourself in a relationship with a person that really accepts you for who you are.

For me personally, reading this book was like wrapping myself in a soft blanket. It lifted my mood and provided me with perfect relaxing reading. I think this book would be a really nice present for someone.

This collection of comics is the perfect combination of cute, loving, funny, and realistic. The comics are centered around a couple, Catana and John, and their dog. There are a lot of really cutesy couple-y comics, but also a lot of funny ones about pet ownership, hating the Mondays, and the bane of our existence - real pants. I laughed out loud and felt the warm and fuzzies while reading these comics. If you are in a long-term committed relationship, you'll recognize the things that drive us crazy about our partners - like who the hell ate all my chips? Super cute and would make a great gift! This book will be published in February 2021 - perfect for Valentine's Day.
