Please note - this book has forced me to create a new rating because I don't think rating, crying, laughing is enough for me to capture how much this book made me swoon.
Do you follow @catanacomics ? If not - you should.
I’ve been following her for a while so when I saw this book on @netgalley, I had to request it.
This book is a collection of comics about all the different ways of being with your partner. The comics go from living with each other, being annoyed with each other, to accepting each other's quirks. I swooned over some of the comics because of how accurately and perfect Catana captured moments that I have too had with my partner. Cheers to a love that allows you to be yourself.
Make sure you check out her page and check out this book which comes out 2/2/2021! Thank you @netgalley for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Delightful. Always a joy to read. Very relatable for couples and a perfect gift for Valentines Day. Her comics are so wholesome and easy to read for all. Will read again when it is published and looking forward to each installment that is to come.

I love these comics. My partner and I can relate to them so much. I love the simplicity of the art style. This would be perfect for anyone that is in a long-term relationship.

This charming little book is full of laughter and love as it follows the life of a Millennial couple. We get an inside look at everything from how they hug or use their couch to their work habits and love of their dog. As might be expected some of these topics are less interesting than others. Although the few comics that I found boring or average were few and far between. And each one is only four panels so there is little time wasted if one doesn't strike your fancy. By the end of the book you feel as if you know Catana and John and want their cute little love story to continue (if only so you can read more comics).
I was given a free copy of this book by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I've followed Catana on Instagram for a few years now and her cartoons are relatable and heartwarming. This is a gorgeous mini collection of some of her work with many cute moments and scenarios that many of us will recognise from our own relationships. This is a sweet book that would make a perfect small gift for valentine's day or an anniversary, or maybe just because.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because I wish there was more of it!

In love and In pajamas is a classic by Catana featuring their amazing relationship and the pros of being in a relationship where both of them are introverts.
Could be read as a standalone , or as a part of series with Snug & dating your best friend. Their relationship is cute and adorable , while the art equally competes.
I thank NetGalley for giving me an opportunity to read and review this arc.

This is my first time reading Catana books and let me tell you that this collection is super adorable, I smiled a lot while reading this. The art style shows beautiful moments in a relationship doing simple things like watching tv or cooking together.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants a cute and short read.

Mini Review: This was a delightful read! With simple illustrations, the author manages to convey a lot of emotion. I smiled and laughed so much while reading this! If you're looking for a feel-good read, I would highly recommend this comic collection!

Me: “babe! Babe! Babe!” Hubby: “what?!” Me: “look! It’s us”
This book is not only adorable, it is relatable to every young couple! I am filled with the warm fuzzies while looking through these illustrations. Definitely a great gift and coffee table book. She had captured the essence of being at home with your spouse.

So I’ve seen these comics in passing on Instagram, most of the time I forward them onto my boyfriend because I think they’re very relatable to our lives.
This collection was no exception and there were bits I had to pause reading and show my partner to nods and laughter.
This was a lovely and quick read exploring the nuances of being in a relationship and being at home.
I adored every comic and felt that I could relate to all of them - I highly recommend this for people to read with their significant others and enjoy the ‘hey we do that’ moments throughout.

This comic is really charming, it shows sweet and tender moments that couples usually have and it is wonderful. I felt very identified and it brought me more than one smile

An adorable book about a couple who is imperfect and “weird” in all of the right ways, this would make a good gift for significant others. It’s a quick read that made me smile.

I have seen the author's pictures at different times. I always show my husband them because it is so us. I was excited to see that they made a book out of all of their illustrations. Now, everyone can see this hilarious and life like pictures. It will definitely remind you of your own relationship. I would recommend this cute book to.anyone.

This is a cute book with comics about relationships based on the author's own relationship. This book shows love in every day scenarios whether it be getting ready for work or choosing to stay in rather than go out. It's not about the big romantic gestures. but rather the small ones that mean everything. The comics were very relatable and I would recommend giving this book a look.

I have never come across Catana's work before. It is grounded and totally relatable. All I can say as a grownup is...truth!

Catana’s comics are always a beautiful delight. I found myself laughing at so many relatable experiences. This perfectly encapsulates the adorable and sometimes annoying parts of every day romance. I highly recommend this quirky book! Thank you Netgalley for the ARC!

Thank you to NetGalley and Andrew McMeels Publishing for the Digital ARC!
For many who know Catana, she has a widely popular Instagram account, that depicts the relationship between her and John. The illustrations are cute and the stories are funny/heartwarming.
I did have a feeling that I have seen a number of these comics before, on Instagram, but they are also comforting and fun to revisit.
I do very much like Catana's art style, and look forward to future comics.

This collection of comics is super cute. I enjoyed the wholesome, realistic messages about what a committed romantic relationship can look like when you're both willing to be weird together, and many of the jokes made me laugh. Some of these comics don't have much of a punchline, and just made me smile, but the book is really charming. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the cartoonist's work, or who is interested in comics about love in everyday life. This would also make a great gift for a significant other.

This comic was really cute. I probably related to 70-80% of the scenarios and I really loved that. Many of the relatable ones also shocked me and I thought my hubby and I were unique, but apparently not. It’s a cute, short, and quick read. The comic drawings were also cute!

this is my first Catana book.
it was so so cute.
I am going to check out her other books. it was a very quick read. I think couples will enjoy reading it together.
some cartoons had me laughing, others were a nice insight, it's simply cute and enjoyable. it would be best as a hard copy to own or gift.
I do not follow the author on insta so all of these cartoons and concept were new to me and it was so refreshing.
