The photos in this book are attractive and tempting.
The instructions are clear. Since the holiday is near, really hope I can try all the recipes.

Wine Time by Babara Scott-Goodman introduced some appetizers that I had not previously associated with being paired with a wonderful wine at a relaxing party. The photograph is immaculate and the recipes are fast, simple, and have clear instructions on how to create the foods included in this book. Barbara has a way of making her readers hungry and makes them all want to be professional wine tasters. I love how she includes the recommended wine pairings.

Great pictures, I did find the content slightly disappointing in that the recipes were nothing u inquest and overly ingredient and time consuming
for what might otherwise be put together simply.

Wine Time by Barbara Scott-Goodman is filled with wonderful and fun recipes. All recipes have a wine pairing. I love detailed wine pairings, but unfortunately this book doesn't really get into why a certain wine pairs well with a certain type of dish. I did enjoy the chapter about cheese a lot and thought it was a nice quick guide.

This is such a gem!! Especially during this time of year when it’s seldom you’re able to go anywhere, having your own wine tasting with exact pairing is perfect.

This book was very beautifully made and I'll be trying some of the recipes in the future. They were all very creative but simple which means it's accessible to those who aren't too familiar with wine and/or cooking.

A fancy book with lots of recipes that goes well with wine. There are recipes for snacks and bites, dips and spreads, cheese, vegetables, bruschuettas, seafoods, meats, sauces and cocktails. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

These recipes are made to pair with wine. The pictures are eye catching and the recipes sound delicious without being a ton of work.
I plan to try these recipes first:
Spicy glazed cashews
Romesco spread
Cheddar nut wafers
Pork & ricotta meatballs
I also like that the recipes sound like they’d work for a regular evening at home or a party.

This recipe book has me craving for a time prepandemic when I could host cocktail parties! This has so many great recipes for both snacks/small foods as well as cocktails! This is going to be great for when COVID dies down! I can’t wait to make a ton of the recipes, my mouth was watering looking at the photos in this book! Not only are the recipes great but the book is stunning and so well organized and easy to follow!

When I read the title, I thought this book is about recipes being categorized by which kind of wine. I was wrong. So, there are recipes and in each recipe, the writer will suggest what kind of drink that suits that dish. If you already have a specific wine in mind and wonder what kind of dish you want to make, you should go to the glossary. I think it is easier if it is categorized by type of drinks. Anyway, the book has various options, some of which I am so familiar with. There is also something new I learned from this book, for example, the picked eggs. I never tried those before.
