Ladies and gentlemen here is another thriller that will keep you in the edge of your seat! Throughout the book I thought I knew what was about to happen but I was wrong every time!

Diana Sparrow had a horrible car accident that left her with memory loss for the past few months. She started having nightmares about the night of her accident. These dreams left her questioning everything she has been told. Diana has no one to turn to. Her best friend Val has been sleeping with Jonathan Diana’s husband. She meets Cole after a art class, but Diana soon realizes Cole knows more than he is telling her. Thank you so much to NetGalley for this audiobook! I would definitely give this book 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars’s

This audiobook kept me glued to my earphones as I literally couldn't put it down. Packed with suspense, emotion and trust issues, After All I've Done is something different in the thriller genre.

The novel is about Diana Sparrow and her traumatic memory loss after being badly injured from an accident - or was it an accident? Diana has spent months in recovery, but her injury prevents her from functioning as before. In addition, more pieces of her memory are disappearing, and if it wasn't enough, Diana can't get any proper support from her cheating husband. She makes friends with charming Cole Pelham, but something about him makes Diana question his intentions.

What happened on the day of the accident?

I thought the exploration of memory and memory loss was an incredibly well-written aspect of this novel. I could feel the frustration through the pages, the lack of any actual power Diana had in understanding what happened or in getting better. As I listened to this book an audio, I would highly recommend this format to fellow readers for an extra emotional and creep effect.

Very well developed characters and an extremely engaging story. Well thought out and very suspenseful story line that keeps the reader guessing until the final twist! This is the book to read this year! Highly recommended!

Holy shit this book!! I had a feeling of who was doing what, but that twist I never would have guessed! We have three point of views and it works fabulously! You have a different narrator for each one and boy do I love that. It's actually my favorite when it comes to audiobooks. This book is gripping from the start I had it done in a day. I can't say enough about it, it may end up being my favorite this year and its only January!!

Welcome to a twisty new take on the classic memory loss plot. This isn’t the first book where the wife has an accident and can’t remember why her life is so different than she thought it was. Off the top of my head, Before I Go To Sleep and Last Summer both fit this theme.

Diana can’t trust anyone in After All I’ve Done, and neither can the reader. We’re not even sure if we can trust Diana! The wild secrets just keep piling up, and the plot unfolds deliciously as you learn what all the characters are hiding.

The ending was mind-blowing, but also a bit abrupt. So many twists come out in the last 5% of the book. I liked the ending, although it did happen very quickly.

For audiobook listeners, it was good but nothing special. I have no complaints with the narrators, but also no particular praises. Many thanks to NetGalley for an advanced listener’s copy in exchange for an honest review.

Well Ill start with saying I was not expecting this ending!!! I mean talk about a plot twist!! If youre looking for a good psychological thriller with a bit of a messy love situation & pretty crazy mother in law...well youve found your book. The audio was also done really well with this book, it was easy to listen to & to follow. Overall a great choice for anyone looking for a thriller that will keep them guessing till the last page.

I. Am. Shocked!

At first I was not impressed. It felt like it progressing so slowly and I started losing interest. I'm so glad that I stuck it out because that ending!

I'm still trying to process it all...

I thought it was kind of confusing when a third POV was introduced half way through the book. Overall I think it was an okay book just not for me.

Thank you to Netgalley and to the publisher for giving me to opportunity to read this book.

Amnesia stemming from a car accident, has stripped main character Diana, of the last few months of her memories. Diana keeps finding unsettling clues to things amiss before her accident, but struggles to put the pieces together. She finds her husband and best friend were having an affair, yet knows there is more. For the most part, this was a nice, regular entertaining story. A great book to settle in with after a stressful work day. However, there was an unexpected twist at the end that elevated its rating for me! If you’re looking for an easy and entertaining read, this one is for you!
*Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC

3.5 ⭐️ OVERALL
3.5 ⭐️ NARRATION

🥀 Genre🥀 Mystery/Thriller

🥀 Premise 🥀 Diana Sparrow suffers from short-term memory loss after a car accident and she struggles to figure out the truth surrounding the circumstances of the wreck.

🥀 Narration 🥀 Distinctive voices for the main characters and, you guessed it, a tinny quality to the audio.

🥀 Thoughts 🥀 Enjoyable and entertaining. Diana's short-term memory loss is frustrating both the character and the reader and I really felt that impatience to figure out what happened. None of the characters were particularly like-able, but I appreciated Diana and Val's long-lasting friendship.

🥀 Thoughts 🥀 A solid thriller with a twisted and unexpected ending.

Diana wants to get out of her marriage but signed an iron-clad prenup. So she enlists her best friend to seduce him for proof of an affair, allowing her divorce with half of the assets. The only problem--Diana is in a car crash and doesn't remember any of this, so she wakes up to find her best friend in love with her husband. Sounds promising! Unfortunately this one didn't fully deliver for me. While I loved the twist at the end, I guessed it about halfway into the book. There were too many clues which made the suspense end early on. I also thought there were quite a few holes in the story that weren't fully explained and a lot of unnecessary subplots.

Thank you to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for an ARC of this audiobook in exchange for my honest feedback!

Wow! This book has some twisted characters in it. There is a woman who is suffering from amnesia from an accident she was in. As the book progresses, we see her with her husband, her best friend, her lover, and her mother-in-law. Each of them has different secrets they are hiding from each other. It's a tangled web of deceit, passion and love. And some serious mental health issues.

The narration on this book was really well done.

I received an e-ARC of this book by the author and publishing via Netgalley. This does not affect my opinion regarding the book.

Have you listened to @netgalley audio? Their app actually works pretty well, and this is the third audio book I’ve gotten from them this month, I’m hooked! If you been paying for Audible or Scribd, I highly recommend you start keeping an eye on Netgalley’s selection.

As for After All I’ve Done this book was wild. We have a car crash, amnesia, the typical cheating husband, betrayal from a bestie, and a meddling mother in law. Our characters are crazy & 3 fabulous narrators for audio. A lot of this story the reader is left wondering what is going on, but it all makes sense at the end which was crazy as well! Give this one a listen or a read!

Thanks @dreamscape_media @crookedlanebooks for providing me with my audio copy.

3.5 STARS
I like Mina’s style of writing and catching the attention of her readers from the beginning. I think I would have given it 4 stars, but the ending was rushed and over the top. I did like that there was a twist at the end, but I knew all along it was something to do with the mother. I also felt like the husband should have had more to his story when everything came out. It was just the last chapter of the book that I was disappointed in. Where the mother stabbed her son was just over the top for me, but until that point I did really like it. Thanks to NetGalley for the audio copy of this book. I enjoyed the book.

Diana Sparrow has no memory of the past five months. After a bad accident left her body broken and unable to care for herself, Diana is trying to heal her body and her mind. She doesn't remember the accident, or the events leading up to it and she knows somethings wrong. Nightmares hint to strange memories of her burying something, or someone.
Did she hit someone? Why isn't anyone telling her what happened. Why is her husband coming home so late at night? And the biggest question yet, why won't her best friend return her calls? Something bad happened five months ago, and everyone is acting like it didn't.

I read After All I've Done as an audiobook. I was thrilled the moment I found out there are three narrators. Having different voices really brings the characters to life. Cole's voice was the most convincing and delightful. He sounded warm and comforting and likeable. I could listen to his voice all day!
The story is a slow burner until the plot twist reveal. I'm not usually a big fan of amnesia stories, too much time jumping to remember what they forgot. This story wasn't like that. You are given only a few flashbacks to fill in the gaps, the rest is Diana learning what happened by accident.
The big twist reveal was unexpected. I was literally shocked. The last few chapters really sealed the book as a great psychological thriller.

Dianna was left with no memory of a chunk of time after getting surgery due to the anesthesia. She had no idea why her friend Val wouldn’t talk to her or return her messages. Imagine missing a couple months of time and having no idea what went on. Scary!

First, I loved how this book was based on the town I am from. She even references a bar “The Downtown Lounge” that I frequent. So cool!

Second, this book was entertaining. The different perspectives were great! However, I did not find a single character likeable, which would normally turn me off, but not with this one. I received the audio version, which was enjoyable! I looked forward to my drives to/from work to listen.

I did guess part of the ending, HOWEVER, there was a twist I did NOT see coming. I love it when authors may lead to the “resolution” but throws a random curve ball shock that leaves your mouth hanging open!

I would recommend this book!

After All I’ve Done
By Mina Hardy
Audiobook Narrated by Angela Lin, Zara Johnson and Jay Aaseng

This is very very difficult because I truly wonder if I could’ve enjoyed the story more had I read it instead of listening to it. The main Narrator (Diana) kind of drove me insane. There was just something about her voice that set my teeth on edge and pulled me out of the story. She was overly staccato and awkward and I actually wondered if it were a fake voice she was using because it sounded so pompous at times. I will have to listen to her again in other books to see if it was her natural tone or if it was due to her interpretation of the story and the characters.

As for the story itself, again I find it hard to give an honest review just based on the audiobook. It could be a whole different experience in written form. The idea was quite intriguing, the buildup to what was really going on and Who’s the bad guy/girl was great. However a lot of it just seemed to drag on and become repetitive. There was a lot of information and pieces I cared nothing about and questions I wanted answered that either never got answered or fell flat in some way.

Overall I’m not sure I’d recommend this story to others but I reserve judgment for a later date.

Diana was in a car accident trying to get herself to the hospital for a ruptured appendix. After she is released from the hospital, her mother in law is taking care of her as she struggled with anesthesia induced amnesia. I had a hard time reading this book because some of the medical parts were a bit far fetched and not well researched. For example, Diana talks about how she needed to pick up a refill on her pain meds when pain meds are controlled substances and cannot have refills. While Diana tries to piece back together her past she begins to discover that her life was rough. Her husband is cheating g on her and her best friend tells her that she is seducing Diana’s husband as a scheme to allow Diana to divorce him while voiding the prenuptial agreement. But does Diana’s friend Val have feels for her husband now? Is there more to the accident that she doesn’t know? It was an okay read, but the lack of research on the medical issues made it less believable. There were just so many different dramatic subplots that made the book feel like it was trying too hard. I listened to the audiobook and the narrator drove me crazy with her over pronunciation, especially the “wh” sound. If you are going to read this book, I would not suggest the audiobook.

Diana Sparrow is recovering from an accident five months ago that left her badly injured and almost totally dependent on her mother in law for everything from bathing, taking her to doctor appointments or reminding her to take her medication. She has amnesia for the month of the accident which was brought on by the anesthesia and not the accident itself. She has been having terrible reoccurring nightmares of scenes that feel like memories but no one can help her understand.
In the past she would have turned to her best friend since childhood Val but she is convinced Diana is lying about not remembering and has changed her mind about the plan they had concocted. Val was supposed to help Diana break her prenup by getting emotionally involved with her husband Jonathan. Val agrees but then falls in love with Jonathan throwing their plans into turmoil. As she begins to heal she seeks comfort in a class at a local art class and meets a handsome man named Cole but while she may not remember him, he is not a stranger.
As Val begins having flashes of the accident and stumbles on things that do not add up a confrontation is coming and shocking truths are.revealed.
This really dragged in the beginning and while I do not think most readers will be surprised at part of what is going on, no one will guess how twisted this really was. This one really has a jaw dropping ending. A slow burn but great finish.
