I was so excited about listening to this audiobook, but it just was not for me. It was boring and the narration was honestly tough to get through. I think the book had potential, but overall was kind of confusing and boring.

"She's lost her best friend, her husband--and possibly, her mind."
After All I've Done a delightfully twisted domestic suspense/thriller with multiple POVs, and the ultimate unreliable narrator- one dealing with memory loss.
I did figure out a couple of the surprises relatively early on in the book, but there were a lot that I didn't guess, some that were absolutely shocking. This was an enjoyable psychological thriller and I look forward to reading more from the author.
I loved the multiple narrators for the alternating points of view and thought they each brought something unique and exciting to the story. Highly recommend the audio .
Many thanks to Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for the advance copy.

After All I've Done is a captivating listen. Mina Hardy sure wrote some unexpected twists that threw me. I never saw them coming. Without giving away spoilers, the final twist was too much for me. All of the narrators, Angela Lin, Zura Johnson and Jay Aaseng were new to me. They each added to my enjoyment of the book. Thank you Net Galley for letting me review this audiobook at my request.

I saw this cover a couple of times on Goodreads so when I saw the audio available on Netgalley, I jumped on it to discover a new thriller about a woman who had memory loss in a car accident. For a little while, I wasn't sure what the mystery was about but I was interested. However, I didn't know cheating was going to be a big part of this book where the wife and husband both have an affair with someone else. Him with his wife's best friend and her with another man who might know more about what's going on than he let on.

Overall, I'm glad I got to listen to this audiobook as I was wondering what was behind this beautiful cover. I figured one thing for 2021 when it comes to my reading habits is that I need to read synopsis before requesting or reading books ahah because I'm tired of plots with cheating in it but I guess that's my own fault for not checking first. Anyway, all I have left to say is that the ending was pretty messed up and that while I predicted some of it, the reveal is probably what I'll remember about this book.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an audiobook copy of After All I’ve Done!

After a terrible car accident, Diana is left with major injuries...and a gap in her memory spanning about 6 months. Her best friend isn’t speaking to her, her husband is gone all the time, and her mother-in-law is nurturing her to the point of smothering. On top of all that, she’s having nightmares about the night of the accident that make her question everything she does know. Did she actually just slide off the road into a ditch, or did she hit something....or someONE? Then she meets Cole and the more time they spend together, the more she tries to figure out what he knows and how he’s connected to the accident. What really happened? And who can she trust?

Unfortunately, I have to give this book a 2.75/5 stars because there were just a lot more cons than pros. Here’s my list:

PROS:
- I liked the POV characters and the organization of the chapters. I felt like it flowed really nicely, especially when two of the POV characters are having a conversation and it flips characters midway through. It was seamlessly done and it definitely added to the story.
- Although I figured out the plot twist early on, I still thought it was a great ending, which is why I gave it an extra .25 from what I would have originally rated it.

CONS
- The timeline was confusing at times. Sometimes it was explicitly said that it was a flashback and then other times it wasn’t so you just kind of have to guess. The timeline has no real organization.
- I figured out the plot twist early on. This is a personal preference for me, I like the suspense all the way until the plot twist actually occurs in the story. I enjoy questioning myself and my theories when new information arises. Some people don’t mind if they figure out the plot twist early on, so if you don’t mind, you can disregard this con.
- I found the rest of the story rather boring. Not a lot happens, and with the timeline being so disorganized, I found myself just waiting around for the book to end to find out if my theory was right. But like I said, the ending was fabulous.

In a book that mirrors a Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen novel (for me), two friends make a pact that will either destroy or kindle their friendship.
I loved this book so much and highly recommend it. It reminds me of a game of cat and mouse, catch and release.

Book 287 for the year! 4/5 stars for this adult mystery read! Love the cover! Narration actually has 3 POVs which was fun! I thought this book was going to be a pretty standard mystery, but then.....the twists! Ugh! So good! Definitely recommend!

I was really hoping to like this audio book but sadly I just didn't. This book was meant to be a thriller but I was completely bored the whole time. I wasn't remotely interested in what was going. I felt like this should have just been just been a short story....
The only thing this book had going for it was that I did not predict the end. That was only because the twist was so out of left field it made little to no sense.
Overall this was just not a very good book. If you are looking for a good thriller I would keep moving.

After All I’ve Done is a great thriller with an unreliable narrator that is convinced she isn’t crazy. What is actually going on?

Diana Sparrow was in a car accident that left her physically injured and missing months of her memory. She doesn’t know what happened but knows her best friend and her are no longer speaking. She has nightmares that she worries could be parts of her missing memories. Is Diana going crazy? What actually happened leading up to the accident?

After All I’ve Done was a page turner that I did not want to put down. There was so much suspense from the beginning. Val is Diana’s best friend since childhood, and Diana has no idea why they aren’t talking anymore. Jonathan, Diana’s husband, is always working late and is not very helpful with Diana’s recovery. Harriet, Diana’s mother in law is always around and helping even when Diana wants space. Diana meets Cole and they quickly become close, but Diana starts to question Cole. The story is told from Diana, Val and Jonathan’s perspectives with a mix of current and past events. Everyone thinks Diana is going crazy, but she is convinced she isn’t. I loved listening to Diana try to figure out what was going on. The ending is so crazy and disturbing. I definitely didn’t see it coming.

I listened to the audiobook narrated by Angela Lin, Zura Johnson, and Jay Aaseng and all did a fantastic job. They all spoke with emotion. I felt like Diana, Val and Jonathan were talking to me.

Thank you Dreamscape Media, Crooked Lane Books, and NetGalley for the audiobook of After All I’ve Done.

It’s been four months since the accident that left Diana a wreck, both physically and emotionally. Her best friend is sleeping with her husband and Diana is having repeated nightmares that her accident wasn’t just a single car wreck but a collision with something, maybe someone. Diana seeks solace with Cole Pelham, a man she feels she can tell everything, but is she trusting the wrong man? A suspenseful and exciting story brought to life by a talented cast of narrators

I couldn’t put this book down. It isn’t a killer-stalking-your-every-move kind of thriller, more like a slow-burn suspense, but it is delicious and twisted.

I am a sucker for amnesia stories and this one definitely delivers something fresh. It seems everyone has something to hide from Diana, who can’t remember the months leading up to her car accident. And those secrets can be killer!

What a freaking page turner. Wife gets in an accident and forgets literally her entire life. And slowly starts to uncover the truth. But does she want to share what she knows? Someone or something is really wrong with her and those around her. Literally did not see the end coming. At all. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
