useful guide for actually changing a behavior. includes author’s personal perspective, multiple clinical psychology angles, case studies, & how-to workbook. clear, engaging, & well-organized. I especially appreciated how YOU’RE NOT CRAZY connects a wide range of challenges by a consistent thread of underlying anxiety.

Good story to read I enjoyed it! Perfect time for the subject to be talked about during these after-ish covid-19 times. It's nice that as a reader you feel understood and not alone.

A wonderful guide to anxiety and its manifestations, for example social phobia or obsessive compulsive disorder. You are in control of your thoughts, is the message here. The author uses a combination of Cognitive behavioural therapy and behavioural therapy to achieve results, and there are case studies involved as well.
