I received this book in exchange of a honest review. I absolutely loved this sweet romance book! This book has all the good feels to it! I enjoyed the characters and the story! Such a feel-good beach ready! I highly recommend this book! Two chefs are in charge of the menus for their battling nieces' quinceañeras -- who will have the best party? Until unfortunate circumstances for them to join together - and Sara and Tony are forced into the kitchen together. It's Hallmark, so of course there is a bit of drama and a happily ever after

I enjoyed this sweet, easy to read story. I like books that involve chefs and restaurant story lines. Add a little humor, drama, competition, family traditions and romance and you have a very entertaining story. A yummy sounding recipe to try is a bonus.
It has all the "Hallmark" story feels to it.

This is the kind of book that I tend to enjoy reading! It is light, vibrant & encompasses everything from family, relationship, drama, and a tinge of humour (not a surprise, coming from a fan of hallmark movies). Throw in a little bit spice, in this case everything Cuban makes it much more enthralling. Oh and I absolutely love the Tres Leche recipe at the end of the book!

Caridad Pineiro brings us the story of two chefs with two different approaches to food who end up competing with each other when their families ask them to help celebrate their nieces quinceaneras. Tony and Sara must decide if the attraction they feel for each other can be explored or if this competition will bring out the worst in them and their families as they vie for a spot to showcase themselves in the newspaper.

Caridad Pineiro brings us a story of coming back home and what you might find there. She also shows off the food each chef creates and make you want to visit their restaurants. I enjoyed reading about Tony and Sara as well as their families as they navigate getting ready for these family celebrations while realizing their feelings for each other.

I look forward to reading more from this author. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I would like to thank NetGalley and Hallmark Publishing for this privilege.

South Beach Love in true Hallmark style. It had family, relationships, food, and romance. A heartwarming and quick read. I enjoyed it. Tony and Sara are dynamic characters. I liked how their relationship grew throughout the book. I loved the restaurant trope. The plot was exciting. I enjoyed the competition aspect that turned into a coming together of relationships.

Can totally see this as a Hallmark movie in the future!

Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for a temporary digital ARC in return for my review.

As a Boricua chica, I loved the Spanglish interwoven throughout the book! These two long-time friends are pitted against each other, but come out on top, together. The rivalry between various family members, and the way that everyone works together to make things better, is something we could all learn from. This is a sweet read to spice up your summer!
