It took me awhile to read this book, mostly because I don't think I was mentally ready for it. It's almost like therapy in a book, and there is a lot of information to process. A lot of good information that can really help, if you are willing to read and do the exercises, tips, and techniques. The author shares a lot of his story as well. Some of it was a bit cumbersome to read, but that's part of the art of becoming unstuck. I appreciate Netgalley, the author, and the publisher for allowing me to read and review.

It took me a while to read this book and in so doing, there were some techniques that I could apply to my life and some that I could not- and that in my view makes this a versatile personal development book because it may apply to people a different stages of growth.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

There are some useful techniques in this book that we can all add to our wellbeing toolkits. They have the huge benefit of being easy to apply wherever we are to help us cope with circumstances and to help us respond appropriately, if we need to, rather than just react if we feel caught on the back foot.

However, readers may find this book at very different points in their personal development and life journeys. This means that it’s possible that using the techniques may bring up things that people are not ready to deal with and need more help. The addition of resources section providing further info and advice, such as books, websites and where to find a suitable therapist, if needed, would make the book more complete.

Worth a read to see if any if the techniques described work for us as individuals.

For me the main focus of this enlightening book is: Self-Realisation - The process of finding your real Self through a journey of Self-Discovery.
The three levels of consciousness are covered and there are a series of Life Skills Assignment Lessons, helping the reader to understand how to rise above limiting life patterns to realise Ultimate Happiness, including practicing noticing the Triggers that provoke emotional reactions.

Arda Ozdemir needed to come to terms with what was wrong with his life, and what he should do about it. He was feeling extremely low, and he wanted to recalibrate how he got into this position. Eventually, he thought of a system that changed his life, and he found a new career, but it wasn't easy.

He shows readers how to use his POWER system in this excellent book, so that they can take control of their lives again. This involves dealing with your emotional triggers, which are like sandbags weighing you down, and learning to handle them, so that you can become 'unstuck'. He suggests doing this with all the areas of your life.

The only problem is that it would take a lot of time to write your triggers and how you dealt with them down each day, I think! It's a lot of work, but an extremely helpful book even if you just think about it all carefully, rather than writing everything down.

I received this free ebook from NetGalley in return for an honest review.
