This title looked promising. I’m a serial dropout-er! There’s lots of encouragement. I underlined heaps of sage advice. In the end this wasn’t a title on a subject close to my heart that fully engaged me.

The title of the book caught my attention and was hoping that it would provide some insight into my weight loss journey. I started the book and soon realized that it was not what I was expecting. The book did not capture my interest enough to finish it. I will not be able to provide a review of this book.
