I did not read How to Love Your Neighbor through an educator lens.

How to Love Your Neighbor by Sophie Sullivan was one of those hate to love romance novels for me. It was a little slow moving, but pulled me in right away with loveable characters and plenty of humor and cheesy parts.

This was such a cute book! This was the first book I've read from this author and I really enjoyed it. The story was different from anything I've read recently and really captured my attention. It was so well written and the characters were fantastic.

This was such a cute book! I absolutely loved it! The story moved along well without any big gaps or slow moving sections. I really liked the characters, I thought they were well fleshed out and were believable as a couple.

From the beginning, this one felt a little too immature/petty for me. I ADORE the cover & was so excited to read but the fighting just felt so immature.

Girl wannabe interior designer/house owner meets boy real estate agent dead set on building a monstrosity next to her tiny beach front cottage. What else are they to do but start an all out war?

A quirky romance that is tamer than I’m used to. But nothing wrong with that since it was entertaining.

Grace and Noah meet unexpectedly and there are sparks but they fizzle when they end up living next to each other. He wants her property and she won’t give it up. Sounds like a great start. Lol.

Hilarity ensues and obstacles are hurdled. Love their chemistry and how Noah was the one less panicky about their future.

First time reading a book by this author but it won’t be my last.

* I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

How to Love Your Neighbor is the second novel by Sophie Sullivan in her Jansen Brothers series, though its able to be read on its own.

For whatever reason, I am a fan of a home reno rom-com. Maybe I can attribute it to the golden age of TLC and HGTV? This led me to have a predisposition to enjoy this enemies-to-lovers story of sunshiney Grace and surly Noah.

Many thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for sharing this book with me. All thoughts are my own.

Unfortunately i couldn't finish this book, i tried and although it had cute moments i just couldn't connect with the main characters.

This is the second book in the Jansen bothers series, and it’s safe to say I loved it just as much as the first! This book has two of the best things: romance and home improvements! If you’re a fan of enemies to lovers, HGTV, and forced proximity, you will love this one!

The blurb made it sound so promising but it was the opposite of that. Enemies to lovers is my favorite trope but here the execution is poor. Noah was very rude with his comments and actions at first and even though I kept reading I couldn't see anything that was promising about him. I liked Grace but I just couldn't feel the chemistry between her and Noah! Also, why didn't anybody tell me that this was a closed door romance? I was so disappointed. I liked the first book in the series but this one was just meh.

This was a bundle of fun! Loved the neighbor banter and the home renovation plotline, which added a bit of variety to the typical romance tropes, while hitting all the points I wanted.

Sophie Sullivan always kills it. This book was my favorite of hers that I've read. The idea of it is so fun -- two neighbors warring over various neighborly headaches until they fall in love -- and the characters were immensely loveable.

This was an interesting novel. I enjoyed the romance, but it wasn't something that I have not read before. That being said, it was a good enough romance and I would still recommend it to someone looking for a book with this plot line.

I tried getting into this romance but the writing was choppy and forgettable and I was not enjoying it enough to continue enough past the 20% mark. Thank you to the publisher for the chance to read and review early.

How to Love Your Neighbor by Sophie Sullivan is an absolutely cute modern enemies-to-lovers romance with a splash of sass and witty banter tossed in. The book had so many cute moments between the two main characters, Grace and Noah, that I just couldn't put it down! I also loved her Ten Rules for Faking It and can't wait to read more.

When I asked for this ARC I didn’t realize it was the second in a series. I won’t be reading or reviewing it at this time.

This was your typical cute romcom. I enjoyed the evolution of their relationship throughout the book, and enemies to lovers is my favorite romance trope so I enjoyed that of course! Reading about interior design was new for me, so that was fun to learn more about. The book was cute, but not standout for me.

This is a very cute, light love story. I havent' seen a home improvement/DIY show in quite awhile but I remember when they were on all the time. So it was a little nostalgia that made me enjoy this one so much. I liked the little challenges they made and the painting parties.

The love story was cute and I liked both MC's. I thought the twist was a little over the top silly but the rest was great!

A huge thank you to the author and publisher for providing an e-ARC via Netgalley. This does not affect my opinion regarding the book.

I enjoyed the premise as I love hate-to-love stories but I felt like this book dragged in the middle. It just unfortunately was not engaging enough for me.
