I enjoy this book, but it was not my favorite. This is a classic enemies to lovers grumpy sunshine trope HGTV edition. The book gave what it said it would. Fun, slow burn, romance. However, this book was not for me. I was hoping for something new with this trope, but I got just what it promised. If you enjoy the tropes I talked about above, you’ll enjoy this book.

Two books in a row that have wow'd me - I'm officially a Sophie Sullivan fan and will buy anything she writes.
I ADORED the characters in this AND the crossover with characters from 10 Rules. I thought it was so well done! A lot of books don't mention the previous characters and I loved getting to see Everly and Chris again.
This book was perfection! I loved Grace AND Noah! Both had a lot to work through and I thought they did a fantastic job communicating that (or communicating the screw ups -ahem- Noah LOL) My heart broke for Grace with her mom - toxic family members are so hard to deal with. I was proud of the way she handled it! GO GRACE GO! I loved the HEA and burn up to the end. (I would have liked a bit more spice and steam, but that didn't affect my rating at all. Just a personal preference.)
Well written, adorable crew, funny and sweet plot - I can't wait to see what Sophie Sullivan comes up with next!

I absolutely loved the concept of this book - who doesn't dream of moving in next to a rich, handsome, secretly soft, guy? This brings the boy next door to a whole other level. Noah and Grace are both complex characters and their own complicated pasts with their families make them all the more endearing to me. I always LOVE the found family trope. While I loved the plot and characters, I wish I would have gotten a deeper look inside of them both. I wanted to know more about specific memories, or dig into motivations sooner and with more detail. Some parts of the book seemed to be stretched out a bit too far and others weren't developed nearly enough.
If you like a snappier, quick-paced book - this one may not be for you. But if you are looking for a book that's an easy read, and don't mind skimming a bit, pick this one up!

Entertaining but a bit slow at times. I liked the characters and I think there's potential but the story didn't always kept my attention.
Not my cup of tea.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine

What a treat How to Love Your Neighbor turned out to be! It was light-hearted, heartfelt, and lit up with this delicious slow burn that sparked and simmered between Noah and Grace almost from the very first page.
I loved the chemistry between Noah and Grace. I completely bought into the antagonism between them initially and so it felt especially gratifying to watch that slowly evolve into something more. There were moments where I felt completely swept away by them - my heart twinging while they tried to figure out how to accept the love that was delivered to their doorsteps even though neither had placed the order. It was cute, and sweet, and so much fun to read.
I love what Sophie Sullivan is doing with this series. I loved the evolution of Noah's character in this one, and getting to spend time with Everly and Chris. The Jansen family is a force to be reckoned with, and I have wholly enjoyed getting to know the brothers so far. I can't wait to see what comes next!

This book was super cute!! It is the perfect hate to love story with a little family drama added in. Noah and Grace have great chemistry and their storyline was engaging and fun. I also really loved Mortys characters
and his grumpy and sweet side. I would recommend this if you’re looking for an easy, light read!
Thank you Net Galley and St. Martin’s Press for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Grace has inherited her grandparents house, and is excited to start work on it. Only one issue…her awful neighbor that will not stop asking if he can buy her house to knock it down and put in a pool. Too bad everyone can see that their feud is more spark than hate.
Ok the first and main thought I had throughout this book was the design does not ever happen this quickly! An interior designer, even one ramped to go and just out of school with only this one job, doesn’t bring a bunch of sketches for you to review the next day. You certainly can’t purchase a couch and have it within days. Putting all that aside however, I really enjoyed this book. I always love reading about design and art so I really loved that aspect. Im also always in for an enemies to solvers, so if you are the same, grab a copy of this one!

This was such a cute book!
I loved LOVED Noah and Grace's banter. I laughed out loud so many times I cannot count them.
Their chemistry was on fire and Noah is definitely a new book boyfriend. I love how they navigated their relationship, how realistic it felt.
The bond between Grave and her "adoptive" grandpa was also so sweet. I have a soft spot for found family <3 so I was really touched by that. The only thing that bothered me a bit was how much steamy Noah talked, but when it came to it, it was a super closed doors scene so it didn't really matched the tone of the rest of the book. I wish it had been explicit. But overall a sweet and tender read!

One of my favorite romances this year. It will be hard to top!! I want to binge Sophie’s whole backlog and set her as an autobuy author!

I recommend. Keep me engaged and interested, thank you for the advance chance to read this. I’ve already told family and friends about it

I am loving Sophie Sullivan! This book was so cute and I really enjoyed getting to know this brother. Only 1 remains and I can't wait to read his story!

Grace has had a difficult life, but she's made it work. She's super close to graduating design school and inherited a house from her grandparents. Too bad the hot guy next door is a jerk. Noah will do anything to buy Grace's property so he can expand his yard, including royally pissing off Grace. When an opportunity to be featured in a magazine is contingent on Noah letting Grace design his house, Noah and Grace agree to keep things professional. Too bad they've caught feelings for each other. Add in some family drama, and you have a recipe for disaster.
I enjoyed reading this book - Grace is hardworking and relatable, but Noah's a difficult character to like. Sophie Sullivan does a good job of giving him redeeming qualities, although, as in real life, he would benefit from some intense therapy to deal with his family issues. I will definitely be checking out the other book in this series.

A cute and cheesy enemy to lovers story thats heartwarming, funny and sweet. I love the strong female character, Grace, who doesn't need a man to do things like clean out her gutters, paint her house and fix a fence. I loved the growth that characters had throughout the story and that the romance was a slow to build. Overall a cute and fun read.

Loved the start of this super cute rom-comSunshine girl. Grumpy guy. TheY really fit. Great banter and communication. My only complaint is it slowed a bit towards the end. Maybe it’s just me and my attention span. Other than that, I really enjoyed it.

This was my first book by the author so I didn't know of the connection to a previous book, but it certainly didn't affect my reaction to this story. The story of Grace and Noah was a mostly sweet tale of two very different but equally driven personalities finding a way to get out from under their painful parental relationships. Not being a "fan" of angst, it got a little draggy in a few spots for me, but overall it was an enjoyable, lighthearted read.
Thank you St. Martin's Press and NetGalley for allowing me to read and review this book.

Romcoms are my bread and water. This book has all the ingredients and what a cute cover ! The character development fell flat for me. Grace and Noah seemed very stereotypical and not special at all. The side characters were just thrown in there. Grace herself self assured and hardworking most times and then throw tantrums at Noah for the smallest slight seemed over the top. I finished it so it’s entertaining enough.

This was an entertaining romance. Grace Travis has a difficult relationship with her mother. The more distance the better in her opinion. She is busy attending design school and is near graduation. She has also inherited a small beach house from the grandparents her mother kept her from knowing and is determined to fix it up and make it her home.
Noah Jansen is her next-door neighbor. He's rich and a newcomer to California after leaving a difficult situation in New York. He would really like to buy Grace's house so that he has more space to build a swimming pool and a guest house.
The two clash mightily. But then a magazine which wants to feature Noah's house remodel decides to hire new designer Grace to do the project. Sort of reality TV thing. As the two butt heads they learn that they are not as different from each other as they had believed. And they fall in love which comes as a surprise to both of them.
The characters were engaging and wary. The design information was interesting. They really had no outside conflict - no third party to get in the way of their romance. Their conflicts were all internal and were pretty similar. I liked that one of the messages was that you can't let others decided your worth.
Fans of contemporary romance will enjoy this engaging story.

I loved this romantic comedy and can tell that Sophie Sullivan is going to be one of my favorite authors. This is a witty story of Grace an interior designer and Noah, a developer who live next door to each other. They don't' hit it off well at first but soon the sparks start to fly. The characters are well developed and the story keeps a good pace. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Thank you NetGalley for this eARC.
I loved this story and its main characters.
Great romance, beautifully built up, kept it clean and still got us to swoon over the love story.
Two people that had been failed by their families, trying to prove themselves, find love and with it, the support and encouragement they always craved and needed.

Just plain old CUTE! HGTV meets your classic romcom, with a fun enemies / neighbors to lovers plot line. Miscommunication, painting parties, steamy stolen kisses, and a bit of a property rivalry, Sullivan's latest was sweet and her characters were thoughtful and lovable. It's true in Grace and Noah's case that sometimes good fences do make good neighbors...
