This one surprised me. It's absolutely worth a read, if only for a chapter or two at a time to provide some insight and perspective into what happiness means as well as how to find it through meaningful ways. This is one of the few books that I've had to purchase a physical copy of solely because I loved the material that much.
what an amazing book. I loved the beautiful stories. I am looking forward to adding more happiness into my life. Thank you for the inspiration.
A book that brings together the best ideas, stories, and exercises to implement happiness into your life. Excellent read
While there were some tips I've heard before, there were quite a few new thoughts and ideas in this book. I especially loved the reference and citation of your short film about the billboards. I spent 10 minutes outside of reading this book to learn about something new. This is what I enjoy about books like this, having the passion and excitement about a project that has the reader spending time outside of the book to discover something new and to continue their own research. I also saved the link to the TedTalk you mentioned as well.
The book is well-written, and I enjoyed spending my time reading through it.
The happiness manual is an inspirational book to read when looking for ways to improve your outlook on life. We can find happiness within from breathing exercise and working on our mindset to the way our gut health affects our lives. I enjoyed how this book was easy to read and had lots of easy to follow suggestions on improving my life.
A quick read full of important information on how to actually be happy. This book is full of anecdotes, journaling prompts, and great advice.
What a gem of a book! I love the incorporation of anecdotes, simple exercises, reminders, and how quick it was to get through the book so I can get on to the LIVING A NEW LIFE. I've been looking for inspiration to make some changes in my life, and this was just the book to nudge me in a new direction.
