I stopped reading as soon as the author mentioned doterra essential oils. That was 9% into the book. No one likes bring pushed to MLMs or given false information.

This book had a lot of different pain help for different diagnoses. I liked how the beginning had all the different diagnoses and top and secondary pain relief remedies. After it went into detail about each of the different remedies. I found it was very informative. I bookmarked many different sections to use for the future. I liked how it had a section for each relief and it went in depth and was dry helpful.

I found Pain Erasers really interesting to read. The reason why I wanted to read this book because I suffer from lower back pain so I was interested if this book could help me. The book was easy to read and straight the way I was interested in how Michelle suffered from pain. This is a book I will definitely come back to and read a section at time because I don’t won’t to miss any thing .
