'The Bad Mood,' written by Moritz Petz and illustrated by Amelie Jackowski, was charming. It perfectly communicates how one's bad mood can be passed on to different people, and one of the ways we can redeem ourselves would be by apologising and becoming mindful of the impact of our actions. The illustrations were adorable and I think that children would love to repeatedly read this work. One thing I disliked from this book was the abrupt appearance of the Crow; although the Crow came to visit, the Crow could have appeared in the earlier pages of the work as a recall so that it doesn't appear to have a deus ex machina.

What a cute story! My son has been learning about feeling so I thought this would be a good book to read with him. The illustration is done very nicely! Jacks loved the one of Moose doing his laundry! It was a fun way to show children (& maybe some adults) that it's ok to feel the way you do but you shouldn't take it out on everyone else! That being said man a lot of things just clicked into place for me! It makes sense that bad moods are contagious!

Extremely relatable Badger decides it is very important that everyone know about his Bad Mood. Extremely relatable Badger then realizes why that is a bad idea, and has to go back and fix it. Extremely relatable Badger learns an important lesson about how our feelings can affect our actions and how our actions can affect the feelings of others. Extremely relatable Badger is calling me out, and reminding me (and my kid) to be more thoughtful with how we treat others, even when we are at our grumpiest.

Love the colorfully Illustrated animals, Short, but sweet tale that subtly uses the Golden Rule. Great way to teach youngsters how bad moods can affect others. Love the message!

So wait..bad moods are really contagious all the times i have been grumpy does that mean i actually kind of shared it with other people.Well i just want to say am grateful i got the chance to read this wonderful book and i learnt a lot of things like for instance, when in a bad mood its better to talk to someone than let your emotions get the best of you .For instance we see Badger later that day in his garden and suddenly his mood lightens up ,i guess doing something we love with full concentration changes everything sometimes.I guess i also learnt my grandfather was right when he said sometimes you should be happy and laugh with people and avoid being a burden to those around you.I just want to thank the badger because through him i have learnt from and seen my mistakes .

Bad mood can be contagious.

This book is certainly not just for kids but also for adults.I have finished the book fast and despite the small amount of pages involved, it's still full of substance. This is the kind of book I would definitely read to my nephew.
