The book is not only interesting but also inspiring, featuring nearly 50 stories primarily aimed at the young at heart over the age of 50. The stories are both heartwarming and heartbreaking, evoking strong emotions through memories, reflections, and lessons learned. Edward's journey and personal growth are also evident in the book. The stories are well-written and engaging.

Giving Back is indeed an interesting yet inspiring book which contains around 50 stories written majorly for the older generation of those above the age of 50 who are young at heart. The stories can be heartwarming, heartbreaking, brings the waterworks out due to how the stories of memories, reflection and how some lessons were learned and how Edward become the man he is today. Well written stories.

I loved reading through all of the accounts that were listed in this book. There were several great pointers, and I might even join a bowling league in my area thanks to the suggestion. I like how the book is laid out in themes, and can be used as a reference at different points in life. Perhaps a chronological order within each theme would lend to a better layout.

This book could do with another pass through a proofreader. There are several duplicate passages, and spelling/grammatical errors.

Overall, I feel like I have revisited several 'words to live by' and the reminder is always nice. Thank you, Edward, for pulling together many accounts from your life to help 'give back' to others.
