This book is fully focused on decision making. There are a lot of interesting examples and approaches suggested. The important part of this book is the framework on decision making that consists of 3Os. The approach involves optimization, automation and elimination. This framework helps to understand if you need to get involved in a decision making process or you can delegate it, are there decisions that can be automated or optimized. Quite a good read to check if you struggle with prioritization of decisions and often get stuck in situations when your input as a leader is required.
